I remember that movie, the investigators were able to communicate with them through mental pictures, a very good film actually. These type of so-called "B" movies are my favorites. I guess that ages me.

This was a great show, I have seen it twice, but it has been awhile. I recall that when they came close to the craft, some type of frequency or something overcame them. I wonder what the name of this movie was?

The movie was release in England as "Quartermass and the Pit" the title for the American release was " Five Million Years To Earth". Story line was really good but the aliens left a little bit to be desired, of course it was in the 60's when it was made.

1953, ungodly bad movie by the title of Robot Monster and for some reason retitled as Monsters From The Moon. Gorilla suit and a diving helmet. What a memory you have. I saw that when I was about eight years old. Once was enough.

Yes I have to say that some of the 1950`s B-movies were great. Lets face it most of today`s great movies are re-makes of that era.

Extraterrestrials look like us because they are human also. Some galaxies may contain races we have never seen. However, the popular "gray" ones are nothing more than their spacesuits just as our astronauts wear spacesuits. The "big black bug eyes" are nothing more than the windows in their helmet, whic are shaped more like our sunglasses. If you believe that the Alien Face and Disc formation is authentic, then pay attention to the eyes. Real "eyes" are shown behind the "dark lenses" of the helmet. Oh and by the way, they don't abduct people either. If anyone claims to have been abducted, they were either on drugs, dreaming, misguided by their hypnotherapist, or all of the above. rolleyes

Hello Sue. It does not seem to matter where you post, we always get back to alien abductions. You really do have a problem with this subject don`t you. huh

Rob Sue is obviously is a none believer where abductions are concerned which is great as it gives balance to the dicussions on here. Thats what forums are for to put your differing points of views forward. Anyway i remember those quartermass films they were great i must admit it's been a few years since i last saw them but yeah 1950's-1960's era films would look a little tacky compared to the exotic special effects we are used to now but for me thats all part of the caracter of the films.

cool Exactly Well said everyone is entitled to their opinions/views/idealogy and when we truly learn this there will be world peace, harmony and maybe we will truly proceed into the next age and we can communicate freely with other life forms, no matter what they look like. A world with out predjuice, strife one of pure reason, malice gone envy gone only the greater good of all truly the issue. After all aliens do have to protect their families from such crude barbaric domineering traits. They have the advantage of seeing from outside the picture so to speak at the end result of these traits in our species Just a thought Peace and Safety AbductedSoul

Very well said AbductedS that is something we all need more of, tolerance about those whose opinion are different than ours. I think it is human nature when we feel strongly about something to think anyone who differs in their viewpoint has to be wrong, and need to be educated until they accept OUR view. This is a fault of mine, and I am working on it, TOLERANCE.

Have you ever read the book, 'Co-Evolution'. I think that you might find this interesting.
Someone contacted our Ufo and Paranormal Center the other day requesting this book from our library.
It supposed to be a true story on a gentleman that was abducted by aliens, of which he spent 10 years of his life.
If you are interested in abductions, I highly recommend this book. Just go to your library . If they don't have it they will order it for you.

Dearest timetraveler,
I have just joined this group also and yrs is the first refreshingly positive post so far ( although i have only read a few) The general idea of most is that we contactees 'suffer from delusions or sleep paralysis undecided Anyhow, i really do understand that we are at different levels of our evolution!

I loved to hear of your experience, it was very interesting, and i intend to look at your web site too smiley
It tickled me that you were looking for a strange creature, and a man walked up to you cheesy I am aware from some of my encounters, that some of the entities are non-physical and will manifest to a 'safe' form, as did the entity of my first encounter, at the age of 8, i will describe it at length( if you wish to share it with me) later, you see my son is rather restless tonight and i need to get him settled in bed, i can't seem to get 5minutes peace, i'm sure you know what that is like? i'm guessing you are a father, would be lovely to chat soon, Love'n'Light Kahrusmiley
