Yes. I just logged in to tell you I got them today. Thanks. Nice job on them too. IABD is such an ancient release they're even hard to spot on Amazon. Developed taste for sure, but they definitely fit really nice into a mellower mix. I got pretty good at mixing sounds together years back when I purchased my first Teac reel to reel. If I had used my head I would have kept one of those. I did keep my old MacIntosh Labs quadrophonic amplifier, but haven't lived in a place where I could use it for years. Where we live now, I would blast the windows out on one. What's the point of making a 4 channel, 1000 watt per channel RMS amp anyway? I had to go into major debt to buy speakers for it. 4 speakers, each one the size of a refrigerator. Yeesh!

I'll get a couple of good blanks right back to you. I definitely appreciate. So much of the best music is ancient it seems. I would think I'm just getting old myself, but all of the kids around here are always hitting me up for copies ............ there's good new talent out there, but they're all going for alternative methods of release. The RIAA has screwed everything so bad I'm wondering what the music scene will look like in a few years.

Glad you liked them......if there's anything else obscure you are looking for just let me know.

Bubble Toes by Jack Johnson - great song!

ETA - Hmm, I see other folks embedding videos, but I can't seem to do it. Ah well, the video isn't anything exciting - just a static pic. But the song is still pretty darn cool.

ETA (x2) - Ummm, OK. I have no idea what I did differently, but the video is now embedded.
wink

Exile. It takes your mind...again.
Exile. It takes your mind...again.

You got sucker's luck...
Have you given up?
Does it feel like a trial?
Does it trouble your mind the way, you trouble mine.

Exile. It takes your mind...again.
Exile. It takes your mind...again.

Oh, you meant so much...
Have you given up?
Does it feel like a trial?
Does it trouble your mind the way, you trouble mine.
Does it feel like a trial?
Now, you're thinkin' too fast you're like, marbles on glass.

Vilify. Don't even try.
Vilify. Don't even try.

You got sucker's luck...
Have you given up?
Does it feel like a trial?
Does it trouble your mind the way you trouble mine.
Does it feel like a trial?
Did you fall far for the same emptinesses again?

Vilify. Don't even try.
Vilify. Don't even try.

Vilify. Don't even try.
Vilify. Don't even try.

Vilify.

Only joking. I never apologize for ANY of my music. If somebody really finds it that distasteful? They can always leave.

Interesting. Can't say as I'm surprised you're into that level of fusion. Just a taste acquired during a laid back moment on the couch? grin

No idea exactly when my tastes first started to spread across the board. Maybe here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axis:_Bold_as_Love

Another definite possibility:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concerto_for_Group_and_Orchestra

and another:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focus_II

But I suspect it started when I found these guys:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_Floyd

But I'm sure you'll remember the 'era' responsible. grin

So why is Europe getting good music and it's not making it to The States? Is this a RIAA issue? Or 9/11 related?
