It didn't exactly blow my mind but was interesting.
He(Rick Hansen) was off on the time of the event. He said around spring break and that was way off. He also failed to mention the base or even the state. As I write this post there's only one person known involved of course that could change but Hansen said more than one.

Belton Lake is located in immediate proximity to Ft. Hood, but as far as weather.com is concerned, the sky has been clear all day, so no gray clouds as predicted. Smoke? No news of fire in Ft. Hood area.

It's rather like a Nostradamus prediction. Could almost be tweaked to fit anything.
The one thing to be leaned from this is that blood is thicker than water. You are now seeing the down-side of so called integration. In the end, everyone reverts back to their roots.
Expect it to happen again.
