Hmm..Hal...its their oil .when we get into the business of helping oil suppliers knock off their competition as the Saudis did Iraq Libya and Syria..as in a protection racket..we get what we have now..The monopoly gave them so much influence here they built Mosques everywhere and financed their political groups and subsequent reaming of the system. who can I blame?
Its like I hire an exterminator to rid me of pests in the house..I return and find the problem has worsened ten fold because he has been stealthily giving them vitamin supplements and safe spaces to incubate and even paving routes to my neighbors homes.
What should my first priority be?
This same pattern has been brewing in the Dark continent.
excerpt.. This is why I regularly find it amazing, even unnerving, that, in a world of monster media organizations, covering what the U.S. military does in Africa -- and it does more and more there -- has largely been left to Nick Turse of TomDispatch. He’s been reporting on that military's “pivot” to Africa for years now and, with the rarest of exceptions, he’s done so in a remarkably lonely fashion. How can this be? It obviously matters what our military is doing -- especially in a world where, it seems, the more it enters a region, the more terror outfits spread and flourish in that same region. Call it happenstance if you wish, but as for me, I would prefer that Americans knew regularly and in some detail what exactly was being done in our name in the world. Tom

Right.. well.... I had a long talk last night with someone concerning this thread who is officially very informed about this subject. Mainly because I couldn't believe how Swamprat and sys seem to think about it from the propaganda that has been published blaming the West.
I was told that this is the "mainstream" information most people are learning today. It is because the truth is too brutal for many people in the public to be able to accept.
But here is Rumiyah....
This is the latest issue from ISIS of their "magazine", this is the successor to their previous magazine which was in Arabic, now their latest, this one, is published in 7 different languages.
The prior was called Dabiq, their new means of this kind of propaganda is now called Rumiyah.
I suppose.. some here will try to say that this is just a result of Western influence...
Anyway, the above is hard to find online but it is currently being reported about in most news outlets.. give it a look.
It is too horrible and sick to actually read, but a quick scan of the content should make it obvious to most people that this has nothing to do with the West, except as a scapegoat for their agenda.. which is clearly framed in this publication.
And you guys still think that "leaving the middle east to it" is all that is needed to protect the rest of the world? When was that ever the case, even back before our smaller more interdependent world we are living in now?
And sys.... when did the West decide to act as proxy for Saudi Arabia's oil? Do you remember OPEC? How about the 10 + years Iraq fought against Iran? Do you think that was because the West started it?
Seriously guys... I can understand not wanting to look under this horrible rock, because once you do.. you can never look back. But those who see what we are dealing with, don't diss them. It's a very harsh reality that has a brutal perspective attached to it to see it clearly for what it is.
Last year about 56 million people died on this planet. Roughly 150,000 every day. Now the number killed by the IS is roughly the same as those killed on the streets of Chicago, Baltimore, and Miami combined. A few more than were killed in aircraft crashes and far fewer than were killed in traffic accidents. Yes their choice of life style and beliefs are contrary to my own but, they pose no real threat to the civilization and culture of the west by themselves. It is the willing, if misguided, help they get from local home grown groups and politicians that is a greater threat to our societies. Refugees are the current cause De Joure (which I probably spelled wrong) for the left leaning among us. A simple truth is that you cannot save them. You can wring your hands and place ashes on your head. You can dress in sack cloth and rend your clothes in grief and not a single life will be saved. There are just too many and those in the most danger of death are still too far from help. Right now it's the IS. Before them it was Yemen, and so on all the way back to Cambodia and before that the Gulags. There is always someone willing to kill to get what they want and it is not possible to stop them all. I'm old, I fought my generation's wars and watched as politicians threw away all that was fought for. Let them fight it out. Let those who live there decide for themselves if they will live like that. If we will not go into Russia or Chine and force them to improve human rights then leave the others alone as well. Want the west to go green and stop using oil? Leave the IS alone and the west will have no choice any more.
Sorry for the rant, but a small group of violent nutters should not be elevated to the rank of world wide threat until they actually have the means to do real damage.

My opinion? Today, one person can kill many! One person can kill hundreds! Today, one person, with very little training and a terrible motivation can kill thousands or even hundreds of thousands!
The means and knowledge are taught to children. They are here. All that is needed is for it to manifest itself, and by the looks of things they are a lot closer than most people realize!

It is all about oil. At least indirectly. Islam is using oil as a weapon. Like it or not, oil is the lifeblood of the world economy, and will be for several decades to come regardless of how much we spend on alternate energy sources. By manipulating the world oil supply one gains control over the world economy. Western foreign policy towards the middle east has an underlying calculus to keep the oil supply flowing. DAESH could be completely destroyed as a force in 6 months if the western nations really wanted, but that would disrupt the global oil supply for several years, and cause an even larger chaos then we have now. (There would also be a global diaspora of terrorists creating hundreds of thousands of new sleeper terrorists scattered in every nation, also a dark scenario.)
Most analysts agree North America could not only be completely energy independent, but become a major energy exporter IF all the energy sources were allowed to be developed. Instead, we have various players opposing off shore drilling, the oil pipeline, fracking, nuclear power, coal, et al, which keeps the instability in the middle east boiling. The opposition to energy independence is primarily the left, with George Soros a major funding source. The left has become terrorism enablers. I do not see this changing in the future, and random terrorist attacks have become the new normal. Indeed, the media now covers terrorist attacks in the same manner, using the same language, as floods and earthquakes -- tragedies, but impossible to prevent and out of our control.
So in the meantime, I travel armed and avoid large cities as much as possible.
Death is usually a sad event. The passing of a world leader, particularly one who brought stability to a tense part of the Muslim world for several decades, is typically cause for concern.
The death of Uzbekistani president Islam Karimov is not typical.
For the majority of the long-oppressed citizens of Uzbekistan, the end of one of the world's bloodiest and most corrupt dictators -- and, to our eternal shame, an American ally -- is cause for joy and gleeful celebration.
The SOB died 82 years too late.
Except for the time Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson called it "a small, insignificant state "Ubeki-beki-beki-beki-stan-stan," the hell on earth created by Karimov doesn't get much coverage in the news media. Few Americans could find this backwater on a map to save their lives. Yet Uzbekistan, once known as the underbelly of the USSR, is incredibly important. Which is why the rich and powerful -- military generals, energy company executives, Hillary Clinton -- know all about it.
Unfortunately for the Uzbeks, these American elites' interest in their country has made their lives unspeakably miserable. And unless something radically unexpectedly takes place, that's likely to continue. Which is why, during this presidential election season, American voters ought to ask the candidates most likely to win (Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump) as well as those who should be most likely to win (Jill Stein and Gary Johnson) how they would change American foreign policy in obscure/important places like Uzbekistan.
American policymakers care about Uzbekistan because it is an energy giant: one of the largest producers of natural gas in the world, a significant supplier of oil, and the fourth-largest source of gold in the world. Sitting smack dab in the middle of Central Asia, the nation has undeniable strategic importance. Uzbekistan has the region's largest population, its most sophisticated infrastructure and its biggest cities: Tashkent, a city of 2.3 million people, even has a subway. It also has the blockbuster tourist attractions: the Silk Road cities of Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand should be on any world traveler's wish list.
Uzbekistan is the only Central Asian republic with common borders with all of the others, as well as with perpetually troubled Afghanistan. Oil and gas pipelines to and from the biggest source of fossil fuels on earth, the Caspian Sea, crisscross this blisteringly hot, dry nation.
Given Uzbekistan's tremendous oil, gas and mineral wealth and its geographically and geopolitically strategic importance, its citizens ought to enjoy a high standard of living. Instead, the average Uzbek subsists on $3 to $8 per day. Where does all that energy wealth go? Karimov, his family and cronies steal it. Gulnara Karimova, the deceased despot's flamboyant chanteuse daughter, is accused of breaking in over $1 billion in bribes from telecommunications companies seeking permits to do business. Another daughter, Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva, is linked to shell companies that own gaudy multi-million estates in the U.S.
Cultural and ethnic heirs to Genghis Khan's Golden Horde, Uzbeks are neither stupid nor lazy. It requires an incredibly brutal and ruthless military and police apparatus to prevent them from rising up and overthrowing their oppressors. So this is exactly what the Karimov regime has delivered since the country became independent from the Soviet Union in 1991. (Karimov kept his job as boss of the Uzbek SSR, which he scored from outgoing Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev.)
Uzbekistan is routinely awarded the world's "Worst of the Worst" status for its extreme corruption and violations of fundamental human rights. Phones are tapped and militia goons shake down motorists at innumerable checkpoints. Print and broadcast media are completely state-controlled. There's a zero tolerance policy toward political opposition.
In 1999, Karimov said: "I am ready to rip off the heads of 200 people, to sacrifice their lives, for the sake of peace and tranquility in the country." By which he meant his peace and tranquility. - Advertisement -
Four percent of the population are subjected to slavery. At least 10,000 political prisoners are rotting in the nation's prisons. Torture is standard and endemic; Team Karimov landed a rare spot in the news for boiling dissidents to death. In 2005, President Karimov asked security forces confronting protesters in the southern city of Andijon to wait for his arrival from the capital of Tashkent so he could personally witness and coordinate their massacre. An estimated 700 to 1200 Uzbeks were slaughtered. "People have less freedom here than under Brezhnev," a U.S. official admitted.
Every now and then, some naive US State Department official has issued a toothless tisk-tisk report documenting human rights abuses in Uzbekistan. But the Americans who run the show are obsessed with maintaining the country's role in the Northern Distribution Network, a crucial aerial and ground supply line between the US and its European allies and the endless war against Afghanistan and Pakistan. They're willing to do pretty much anything to protect the NDN -- including funneling weapons to one of the most disgusting regimes on the planet.
In 2012, the Obama administration quietly lifted a post-Andijon ban on weapon sales. One major shipment included a 2015 delivery of 320 armored personnel vehicles to Karimov -- exactly the kind of equipment an authoritarian state uses to crush demonstrations. "Perhaps worse than equipping a government so well-known for abuses against its own people and for its defiance of international norms with such powerful military equipment," said Steve Swerdlow of Human Rights Watch, "is the message that the Obama administration is sending the people of Uzbekistan: that Islam Karimov has gotten away with it."
BREAKING: Prince Charles Makes Devastating Statement About Islam… Muslims Are Outraged
June 19, 2016
While the President of the United States is seemingly taking the side of radical Islamists, and working to weaken and destroy the fundamental principles that Western civilization and society are built upon, other leaders are stepping up to lead the fight against the destructive and murderous ideology.
The United Kingdom’s Prince Charles is in the middle of a week-long tour of the Middle East, where it is expected that he will deliver a strong message to Muslim leaders regarding the prevalence and growth of the radical Islamist mindset.
According to Mad World News, the Crown Prince intends to demand that Muslim leaders in the U.K, and around the world, stop radicalizing young people, and to show some respect for Western culture and values.
He is also telling them that any Muslims who come to the U.K. need to abide by the English standards that are already in place, and stop trying to force their way of life on the people who were there before them.
“The radicalization of people in Britain is a great worry,” the prince told the BBC. “The extent to which this is happening is alarming, particularly in a country like our’s where we hold values dear.”
The prince is further troubled by how rampant the radical ideology is on the Internet, and how easy it is for young people to be radicalized online.
Such a strong stance against radical Islam and in defense of Christianity has elevated the prince to the historic title of “defender of the faith.”
The prince has lived up to the title by calling out Islam for the persecution of Christians and other minority religions in the Middle East, by unequivocally stating that Christians were in the region first, hundreds of years before the arrival of Islam.
He has strongly denounced the atrocious actions of the Islamic State, and how they have slaughtered and exiled hundreds of thousands of Christians and Yazidis from northern Iraq. He says that if this continues there may soon come a day when there are no more Christians in the Middle East.
“The tragedy is even greater because Christians have been in the Middle East for 2,000 years, before Islam came in the 8th Century,” Charles stated.
The prince’s tour begins with a meeting with King Abdullah II in Jordan, before also traveling to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates, where he will also hopefully address the funding for radical Islamic terrorism that originate in those countries.
We commend Prince Charles for standing up in defense of the Christian faith, particularly in the Middle East, and will pray for his safe and successful return from the region.
Not exactly high on the list of priorities for American MSM.....
French Now Preparing For “Civil War” Against Muslims To Take Country Back
Posted by Martin Walsh, National Security Sep 15, 2016
The Streets Of France Have Turned Into War Zones Thanks To Refugees...
Nearly a year ago, Paris, France experienced the worst terror attack in history at the hands of ISIS psychopaths. From that day forward, Europe has been absolutely demolished and taken over by refugees, Islam, and ISIS terrorists hiding and waiting to carry out their next attack.
Since the refugee crisis, France has accepted 13,000 refugees, but many experts argue that number could be much higher given that many are sneaking in and out covertly. Nevertheless, France has been experiencing many problems with refugees, and it has led to officials afraid they are going to lose their country.
They are unskilled, costing a lot in taxpayer funds, they do not work, they are sucking welfare programs dry, and many have been linked to ISIS. French authorities have issued several warnings that they suspect many to have ties to ISIS and are worried another large scale attack is in the near future.
With that, French authorities have begun to prepare for a “civil war” against Muslims in order to “clean up” their country, according to prominent author Éric Zemmour, who claims a high ranking government source told him of the plan.
French Authorities Forced To Militarily Push Back On Refugees Trying To Take Over Their Country.
Franco-Algerian Zemmour gave an interview with French radio station RTL during which he revealed details of a program called “Operation Ronces,” developed in coordination with the Israeli Army based on their experiences in Gaza.
The French government has been secretly preparing for a “civil war” against Muslims as a way to “clean up” the country in response to numerous riots and terror attacks in recent years, claims Zemmour, who characterizes the plan as a “new reconquista on their own soil.”
Zemmour’s warning is echoed by Patrick Calvar, who is the head of the Directorate General of Internal Security (DGSI). Calvar told members of a French parliamentary commission earlier this summer that France was “on the brink of civil war”.
In July, following the Nice truck attack that killed nearly 90 people, Jonathan Miller, an elected council member in the French village, said that the attack had “shaken France to the brink of a terrifying escalation” and that citizens were responding by joining gun clubs as well as historically buying weapons and ammunition to protect themselves because they feared the Government had lost control.
French security forces are also preparing for mass civil unrest and radicalized immigrants taking over entire neighborhoods, according to intelligence sources. Last week, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that new terror attacks in France were inevitable and that 15,000 Islamic extremists who are already living in the country were in the process of being radicalized.
Professor Gilles Kepel, from the Sciences Po in Paris, France, said a growing “Jihad Generation” is likely to continue to carry out terror acts in European cities. “The aim of their terror activity is to both incite hatred towards Muslims and, in doing so, cause further radicalization among young people,” the professor of political science said.
Muslims Are Rioting And Destroying The Streets Of France, Civil War Coming...
The civil war will ruin Europe, and then these terrorists will expand their caliphate from the Middle East into parts of Europe. Europe still on edge following a wave of terror attacks in recent months, and authorities are now accepting that they must go to war in order to take their country back before it is too late.
Last night, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that “every day attacks are foiled … (including) as we speak.”
Prime Minister Valls said nearly 15,000 people in France are being tracked because they are suspected of being in the process of radicalization, while 1,350 are under investigation – 293 of them for alleged links with a terrorism network. ‘Today the threat is at a maximum, and we are a target,’ Valls said on Europe 1 radio. ‘Every day intelligence services, police foil attacks, dismantle networks, track terrorists.’
Despite the tracking, with plots uncovered, ‘There will be new attacks. There will be innocent victims,’ the prime minister said.
As we continue to take in Middle East immigrants, what will eventually happen here?
