your welcome rob: however i didn't know that you were from scotland. just like i was brought up around wright patterson air force base in ohio not more than 20 miles from where i lived . so unusual things happened in
ohio and still does . however now i live in the state of florida and some stuff happemns here too,but not as much as up there in ohio. i grow up with phil donahue,
on radio and tv talking about government coverups and the like . he kept people updated on any new ufo activity in ohio, and across the nation. i've always been a ufo nut so to speak since i was about 8 or 9 yrs old and i'm 57 now so its been awhile that i've had some expierience with ufo's and the llike.

hiya Phill. I`m sorry we seem to have our wires crossed. I live in the City of Coventry in England. Scotland is about 100-150 miles up the motorway. My son has spent a little time up there on outward bounds courses for survival nuts. A desolate little Island called Rio Fiola. I was just saying that they have airforce bases up there eqivilent to your area 51 though not so big. There are also some very hot bases in cornwall. I`m not as old as you, a mere 40 in june, but I myself have had an endarement with this subject for 33years.

and I looked and behold a whirlwind came out of the north and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

Maybe area 51 is just a diversion to hide another nearby or far away place where they do things ufo's. I'm pretty sure that the government is capable of hiding a top secret facility from simple civilians. So they give us area 51 to get distracted with.

there may be some truth to that up to a point.
there was a sci-fi movie made many years ago
which had some interesting thoughts in it.
for the life of me i can not think of the name of it. however i remember the basic plot of the movie. it supposedly revolved around modern day times . someone was having something made but to keep it so hushed up they were having everything divided up in small pieces and having different companies produce only a small portion of the whole thing. which without a complete plan of the completed project one could not tell what it was. i think i remember now what the name was of the movie it was called "the sentenial".
it turms out at the end of the movie that the project was a very advanced robot that keeped watch over the human race for god. and the new project was a replacement robot.
things about ufo's may indeed be going omn at area 51
but just a small portion of it and other area's like area 51 may have another small portion of the puzzle working on it.. also area 51 could be the proving grounds (test area (like test pilots testing out a new aircraft kind of thing))

I'm with you victor. Area 51 is a good media focus point. As I have stated before, Canada is the place to be if you want low population interference with covert projects. Look at how the number of sightings has grown in proportion over time in Canada compared to sightings in the U.S. Makes one wonder.

Yeah, canada seems like a nice place for some little green men to lay low.

Area 51 is nothing more than a test center and museum. All operations are based out of Pine Gap, Alice Springs, Australia. The reason for this is the remote area where ATS (above top secret) craft can be launched with little or no one around to capture them on film or video.

that makes sense. theres bugger all out there to bother them. pine gap has long been a bone of contention between various interest groups down here purely because of the secrecy surrounding the place. us aussies want to know what is going on there and both the u.s. and our own government downplay and use the usual b/s to keep our eyes covered. angry it is obviously very important to the u.s. as they continue to use it long after the end of the cold war. wink

I have long felt the stories about area 51 are a smoke screen its a little too visible. I would imagine the facility at alice spring would be very remote so much so you could die if you didnt take sufficient supplies. Major X you say its a listening post im curious what are they listening for??.

Remote...
Yes, remote but not remote enough for the locals in that area. Lets not neglect the Navy underwater bases.

Pine Gap is an earth based weapons platform... The Joint Defense Space Research Facility. The key words in this sentence are Joint, Defense, Space, Research, and Facility. It is easy to tell what this is for, ya think?

This is the reason for the immense 'listening' station or micro-optical-tracking center over the underground base. A mother ship pulled up over this installation and we took our best shot and missed on more than one occasion. We also use electromagnetic weapons, which have been proven to be very effective by launching a warhead at incredible speeds. This is deadly to almost anything.

This was at one time ultra-top secret but I guess I can talk about it more openly now, because of the links below. It’s funny 15 years ago I would talk about this stuff and people thought it was a bunch of crap. If it has been declassified that means it's 20+ years old.

What they have in the arsenal now is extremely advanced technology. I really feel sorry for any nation that became aggressive towards us because they would not last 3 minutes. That’s about all I can say on that topic. You can read more than enough about it on the posts below. I feel you will be fascinated with what you read.

Quote:
Capt. Roger D. McGinnis, director of the Navy’s directed energy and electric weapons program office, said that while the “lethality mechanisms” of high energy weapons are classified, “Our bottom line is that if we can put millions of joules of energy onto a target, something will happen.”

What I just don't get is ... how is all this economically feasible? Where does the money to support this come from and how do they keep the vast network of people silent?

What I just don't get is ... how is all this economically feasible? Where does the money to support this come from and how do they keep the vast network of people silent?

They sell drugs, guns, social security, oil, people and whatever they can find to fund this stuff. The United States is the largest drug and gun dealer in the world. Not only that the largest part of our budgets cannot be viewed by a congressional hearings. The ‘Black Budgets’ are completely invisible to the government and the people. Every single penny we have goes to this. The largest revenue we generate is dealing with drugs. Ever heard about the military investigation in which hammers were costing $1000 dollars each, bolts were $100 each? Some stuff does reach the public and government but it doesn’t stay visible for long.

The control of the ‘network’ is based on fear. These people have families and friends and they don’t want to see them dead. Those people that are high risk are watched closely and even used. Remember, everything is compartmentalized and the people working on something are only aware of what’s in their compartment. People do come out and speak they only have so much information about what they specialized in. Bob Lazar is an example of this type of defection without fear. He only knows so much and only what he was working with. I know many people who have spoken out and come forth. Half the UFO groups are made up of X-intelligence, X-government, and X-military personnel. People tend to think these groups are just a bunch of ugly nerds that have nothing better to do. You would really be surprised who is hanging around, thus my saying you never know whom you are talking to.
