Under Cheney's tenure, the number of Halliburton subsidiaries based in offshore tax havens increased from 9 to 44. Meanwhile, Halliburton went from paying $302 million in company taxes in 1998 to getting an $85 million tax refund in 1999.52

We can start there, I got more dirt than a garden... the man is part of the Tri-comission and CFR. He is a crook and a traitor.

So do they ever use this stuff? Or they just build these things to intimidate Europe and Asia? It doesn't make sense and looks really stupid to me. It's like those kids who drive expensive cars and blare loud music for no reason at all.

Police officers aren't equipped w/ those advanced weapons, the military didn't use those things in the Middle East or did they? What's the point of having advanced technology if you do nothing w/ it?

Yes, they use this stuff and often will use wars as testing grounds. A great deal of this technology is not centered on modern day warfare so some of it is tested in secret and not exposed at all.
Many countries are working with the United States. I guess France has a bone to pick but they don't seem to intimidated by the United States and they know what's up.

Daddy Bush is in charge of the negative faction ruling the UFO realm...

He was quoted saying to one of his aides when questioned about the UFO conspiracy, "You don't know the half of it." He was head of the CIA and took control of the the government via above top secret projects. You forget SDI, which was a complete success and in active use this very moment. The man wanted a mars mission and a base on the moon. Do you really think he just stopped doing all that when we left the Presidency?

If MajorX were a security threat then I'm pretty sure that this forum would've been taken offline. The US gov't is so disorganized that I woudn't be surprised if both u guys were a part of different organizations w/ different agendas.

Ok I'm heard about the Stars Wars Missile Defense System. Was it actually as intended for shooting at UFOs or did it really start out as a missile defense system against ICBMs.
