I fell asleep on a big couch next to my meditation area, the room lit by the full moon.

MOONBEAMS

Last night I thought I'd relax with a nice cupper, kind of hanging back on this huge comfy couch bordering our training/meditation area, some Al Jazeera documentary on TV, volume low, just before turning in.

Managed to get in a few satisfying hot sips. Then I fell asleep and dreamt while the tea cooled on the table. I dreamt I was walking through my home, another version of it: delapidated, furniture gone, debris all over as if struck by some disaster and abandoned a long time ago. Into the bedroom I went, pieces of garment chaotically strewn over the floor, and there was this unfamiliar round ceiling lamp, bright white light, its glass fractured and broken overhead. Moving under it it started clicking as if taking photos, and I was hit in quick succession by blinding white flashes, the light bluish and somehow cold.

I woke up, apparently having fallen back into the couch, feet sticking out over an armrest, and looked up through a big window into the nightsky. A wonderfully bright full moon was out, wispy clouds passing by, illuminating the light woodcolored training floor and everything in the room. The TV still murmured on.

Now this was one hell of a weird dream. Frowning at the now cold tea, Al Jazeera whispering about the Syrian War, and at the moon shining down on me, I felt as if the rundown hellhome, with a broken ceilingfixture repeatedly kinda zapping me, was too weird for just a dream. I imagined maybe some radically strange folk were making a connection.

Lunacy, I know...

I am an adherent of Christian Mysticism, meaning I have christian beliefs, yet without Theology, organized religion/churches thrown out the window. Think Jesus really walked the Earth, and he had a message to pass humanity. Mystics listen and then have to find their own way. So just to be safe, in case I got dream-zapped by any bad moon aliens or sumtin, I prayed: "Jesus, please step into the beam, making sure no evil can approach me". (Moon aliens sounds funny/crazy, however if I were a genuine Alien/ET, I'd WANT a base on the moon, a vital climate-supporting cosmic body in close orbit around a living planet.)

The prayer made me feel safe. I made a fresh cup of tea, turned up Al Jazeera slightly, and fell asleep again.

SUNDOMES

I dreamt I walked into our living room, and looking out the window I saw distant lightning flashes in quick succesion. I waited for thunder, but before it came I saw a dome expand as high as our atmosphere, shining like the sun, immediately followed by a huge erratically billowing wall of black clouds moving from the dome's position towards my town at great speed. In my dream I was alone, without my family, without our pets, and worrying about the large windows, I instinctively fled deeper into the house, into an inner halway. Standing there, I realized whatever was coming for us, was probably too powerful for our town's homes to survive. So I stepped out into the living room again, just to see, and saw most of our town had been obliterated, with the odd home still standing, but strangely deformed, tilted, or moved to an entirely new location. Dream ended and I woke up rested.

Getting ready for preparing family breakfast, as well as the day's work, my dream kept playing out in my mind. Obviously it was a warning, but was it of something real and imminent? Vision of the future? I felt there was nothing to worry about. The catastrophe I just dreamt was too big for me to affect or change or escape, reminiscent of global nuclear war, or multiple comet impact. The kind of secret knowledge of the future gleaned from little ET in the 1950's by the Majestic 12 Group, a future they have desperately tried to avert by any means, at any price, with unknown results. Stuff they must KEEP secret, even if that requires killing.

Frying a big sausage omelet, to be served with whole-grain bread and strong coffee, I thought sometimes a dream is just a dream. Then again, it felt so extraordinary, impacted my emotions as if real, with a whiff of finality: the end of everything.

Of course the Moon is really awesome. The sunreflecting sister planet to Earth affects our land and seas, our bodies and minds. Extra people go crazy or criminal when the moon is full. That's Lunacy, yet all earthly life is Lunar. Could aliens hide in the moon, or simply live on it in some hidden dimension? Could they be observing us, even on occasion link to our dreams? Who knows. Imo we live in a mysterious world, so much still unknown, so my attitude here is: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

wink

I would say purr is afraid of getting older, and her mind is asking what is old age going to be like for me?

Old age is not the end.

Old age is not the end.

So would I, Silver, I fully agree (none of us is getting any younger fersure tongue), also in regards aging and dying not being "the end".

But there's something else too. Call me a loon, but I feel the Moon is somehow special, a true magical force.

...Old age is not the end..

The end of old age is the end.

Anyone care to prove otherwise ?

Hi HAL, INT21. Near Death Experiences constitute compelling evidence life continues after the body ceases to function.

Cold hearted orb that rules the night
removes the colour from our sight.
Red is grey and yellow white.
But we decide which is right
and which is an illusion.

Purr, Hi.
..Near Death Experiences constitute compelling evidence life continues after the body ceases to function...

Been there. done that.

But the brain takes a while to completely give up. Apparently much longer than has been considered in the past. Way beyond flat line.

I was thinking more on the lines of the complete body having been incinerated.

Purr,

I agree with you!

The last full moon this past Monday, my wife and I were at the grocery store and when we came out, just like in a werewolf movie, the clouds parted and a large, bright full moon appeared.

We both went wow!

We both felt something like a special force.

INT21,

I am 69 years old, but my wife being younger, she will not get social security/medicare until 65, which will be this coming April.

I can not think about age because I still have to work to afford her private medical insurance.

Private medical insurance is extremely expensive.

Also, my wife and I have seen so much paranormal over the years, that we know there is something going on after death.

Our stories would not be accepted or believable by people, but there is something after death.

Purr,

By the time your body is cold the 'real you' will have long departed to another realm.

HAL
INT21

P,S. That only applies if you believe there is some where else to go to.

p.p.s
It all depends upon where you think the 'real you' resides. And what it is.

There appears to have been a bit of misunderstanding between us.
