The victims of ennui paralyze all the grosser feelings by excess, and torpify all the finer by disuse and inactivity. Disgusted with this world, and indifferent about another, they at last lay violent hands upon themselves, and assume no small credit for the sang froid with which they meet death. But, alas! such beings can scarcely be said to die, for they have never truly lived.
- Charles Caleb Colton

Ambition itself is not so reckless of human life as ennui; clemency is a favorite attribute of the former; smiley
but ennui has the taste of a cannibal.

Oh, I only play one on TV. smiley

While all the poking and cajoling is fun and all, I have the same morbid interest that many have in knowing who dunnit.

My money was on Professor Plum in the Library with the lead pipe, but it looks like I may have been wrong.

No wonder, you didn't make it on the tv yet. But drones are out anyway. Have you noticed the Gregory Brothers? I am expecting much from them. (At least much more, than I expect from Isaac.)
