It's claimed that the cost was at the time over 350 million USD, which in dollars today I would venture to say, is close to a Billion. On a failed project. Poor National Debt. Perhaps, they discovered something on a far off world, and it was too dangerous to keep the portals open lest it would enter our world. That's why there is only a Seal Team 6 left, as all the others were killed somewhere out there shocked

Interesting Philliman. I should have mentioned that I liked what you had to say in that train wreck of a thread. Was it you who pointed out that a lot of those exo types know full well they are spreading crap, but it boils down to pushing an agenda? That was very insightful, whoever (and wherever) it was who said it. Just as in real politics, far too many people value their agenda more than they value truth. Or even reality!

Thank you. And no worries. You couldn't know that it's me. Can't recall if that was me who said that but it could be since that's kinda my opinion. They certainly help to muddy the waters.

Yes, I agree and I've been thinking the same thoughts but calling it "oiling the machinery" Keeping the machinery dispite the lack of reason why, knowing changing is the answer, but instead they just keep oiling the machine.

Fully agree. You just got to pretend that you know what you're talking about even if you don't. Maybe that's why they are calling it Exopolitics. Same bla bla.

You are as they say in the vernacular:spot on.
yes that reminds me of another quotation.

This thread has never been devoted to humor. It did work perfectly though. A serious subject can always be destroyed by humor. We like that.

Silly naive me. embarassed
The mass of characters in the background of exopolitics and the various fringe sites is frightening. Surely an eye opener regarding OMF, ATS, etc. It's a Mad World indeed. rolleyes

It's perhaps best to enjoy life and and not concern oneself with things that tease to ease your burden.

That's strange, you and your friends never allow us that, but then again some get special treatment on some threads here don't they.

It's all relative I guess.
Friends are not formed from anonymous posts on a forum. I can't really comment on any special treatment because I have no influence on it here.
Highlighting mistakes in grammar, spelling, etc. should be expected when trying to verify posts by different individuals are in fact from different individuals.
