At first I thought that was Shirley, but then I figured out it's the Surly Bartender's sister. She was in the Olympics, I think.

I would say Carrion too but he is in Puerto Rico now..doing his own thing..
Yes Springer would be indispensable..and I hear he can hit that six pack like greased lightning grin lol 3 years since that day.

..This is indeed so auspicious..the number of neurons firing right now..has trebled from 3 to six 3 more and that is exponential!! shocked
I am freaked out! all thanx to you and the words wallet, bartender , friends and beer. I think Gorgo is from GA too he's in.. grin and that means ..Lev is invited!! heck they can carpool!

This is event can have the effect of reviving half the Souths economy right now...Certainly much more than the last round of government stimuli..imagine that!
and what a blast we'd have

I know, it's a little bit off topic. But since I am a meat lover and my favorite food is steak, I have to ask this:

Did anybody of you ever try mutilated cattle? I wonder, how it tastes...

I've had some mutilated steaks before, but that might not be what you mean. Some people think if there is any juice left in a steak, it must not be "done." No cinders for me, please.

Now you have me wondering if anyone has used grain from a crop circle to bake bread or make beer or anything. That might be interesting. Might be like Dan's Crystal Skull Vodka. Or not.

@ Double That thing with Dan and the skulls was quite interesting..He has a remarkable background..
@ Sidd that is food for thought..
Linda seems to have a fetish for mutilated cattle. I have no Idea what roadkill tastes like either, but vultures seem to really relish in this.. I generally have to swerve around them, as they grow quite big. We had flickers of a vegan presence, without saying who, in this story, I even saw a bug day,in Uk, even spca groups, along an anti vivisectionist bent. (I certanly sympathize with them, especially how our simian cousins are treated)..I think if people visited slaughter houses..their psyche would be traumatized and more sensitive to what they are eating.
We tend to be oblivious also as to the source of many material things we buy and use..whether produced in sweat labor camps in China, organ harvesting, baby snatching....it is quite bizarre. Can our psyches withstand the collective knowledge of these matters. I don't have an answer. But we can tackle each issue at least one at a time.
Small consolation..I do cheer when cattle and chickens..escape from trucks, and to avoid arteriosclerosis..i have reduced meats to chicken only. occasional fish.smiley

@BW that was too funny..they have some image beer samples too..

Got's ta git me some o' that stuff!

See you could never succeed importing this into the UK.. Because there are NO! liquor stores here. Every corner shop can sell alcohol so just try to find a cordial or some special liquer.. can't! Just the normal plunk stuff with a few good bottles of Champagne stuck on shelves full of dust.......

Thankfully there is the internet and discrete packaging and what a great gift to send to someone who doesn't have a sense of humor about such things.. grin
