Great work as always Katt!! User Image

I was looking at the printed version of this thread the other day and I just wanted to say that you’ve posted some great images here and you can visibly see your skills being honed throughout the many images.

(And I thought the glass effect looked just fine!! wink)

Seriously though, thanks for sharing your hard work!! grin

Cheers. wink

And there is more to come guys..this is just the tip of the ice berg..(I hate that cliche)

CMN News Reuters July 8, 2010

Experts describe it as baffling . We've never seen anything like it said Emilio Castanedas , PHD candidate at the Rand Think Tank in Washington. The recent closure of UFO Hoax mills located as far away as the UK amd France has precipitated a wave of layoffs that have affected writers, graphics artists. publishers, videographers, screenwriters. and even the hotel service sector that gleefully accommodated the thousands of yearly conferees of every sort from Cryptology to Free Energy have been swamped with cancellations.. No doubt about it..this is the Big One we've been waiting for said Bartholomew Simpson, Mgr at the Roswell Astoria in Nevada..
I knew when I saw the last wave of hoaxes in 2007..the handwriting was on the wall They were pushing the envelope..They ran out of, I hate to say this of our patrons,.gullible suckers. Sooner or later I knew someone was going to yank the bedsheets..We get it all the time here with cheating spouses..Live and learn..Its the internet..and news spreads fast both ways...So I made sure our staff was kept at a minimum..other motels and hotels were not so lucky.

Wall street also reported a significant drop in the value of the lucrative penny stocks and junk bonds connected to giants such as the LA times plummeted., Fox news, and and other media giants also were feeling the pinch as loyal investors began selling in a panicked frenzy after the disclosure or rather Exposure of one of the tried and true hoax scams.. Known in UFO circles as Serpo Source A. This, accmplished by a small team of dedicated investigators. And who can forget the infamous Drone Hoax, the failed predictions of popular remote contactees, the faked yeti capture in Georgia, were as one
one astute observer summed it up The Perfect Storm thats what it is.. The joy ride is over...this was a recipe for disaster. This is as real a crash of anything we are ever going to get in Ufology..in fact anywhere chimed in another who was also layed off..and is a well known market and media analyst but did not want to be named for this column.said; You didn"t need debunkers..for Cripe's sake..people with half a brain were seeing thru this stuff!..he said.

Unemployment offices as in NY, Washington, Florida,, Wisconsin, Oregon, Los Angeles, London,
Paris, Dresden, Holland, even offices in Capetown, South Africa reported an unexpected sharp rise in claims.

The worst thing is..its spreading faster and farther than any ufo I know of .. I dont know what to fill in our woo woo time slots with..all these tales are coming apart at the seams. Not since the pedophile scandals at the Vatican..has there been this great a falling away from belief..Raelean, Scientologist, Ummos, and other ufo cults are reporting slim to nothing pickings in donations since the exposures. the flocks are scrambling, if not nervous..

User Image

graphics professional and now self employed free lance artist entrepeneur Bob 'Lil Dill' Shaw
leaving the GA State Employment Office in WarntheRobins Georgia

When asked how he was taking this.I've been taking this right up where the sun don't shine sir. he said bitterly I have no idea what I/we will be doing..I am a firstclass writer , never needed a spellchecker, I'm an artist, philosopher ,.professional movie critic, a visionary even!..I'm a real go-getter.a real doer , did half the planet..for sure..worked the hard way hoaxing right up from my own bootstraps so to speak..Now Im just pounding cement sidewalks with my shoes lookin for work,,
I made enough to subsidize a good lifestyle for myself, my kids, dog and pet parakeet.and the lifestyles of about six hundred and sixty six alternates spread all over the internet..on just about as many domains..its gone..all gone..I had respect with my peers..I don't know whats going to happen to them much less me..we were a family..Now..I'm just another [i]stick in the mud
...I never tried to make an honest living..this is new to me..and its humiliating to stand next to bunch of honest people in line, and filling out a real verifiable work history...That really scares me...Buddy ..You won't know what it feels like either either till you walk a mile in my shoes..Life is a girl!.
he said politely but with apparent frustration.
According to reliable sources President Barack Obama , rather than taking a wait and see posture as done in the BP Oil fiasco..will be meeting with his topadvisors to discuss this development which threatens to potentially derail and erase the recent modest gains made in the economic recovery of the last few months.

Great Sys! smiley

That's video documentary material there. It should be compiled into a neat 60 minute show that can be shown on CNBC right along with the Bernie Madoff Scandal, Big Business Call Girls and Marijuana The New Cash Crop.

I, as many, have concerns about our economy and this will surely be another setback. The lost income from the demise of UFO conferences alone will be staggering. All those workers who make those stick on name tags for attendees now on the bread line breaks ones heart. cry There may be a glimmer of hope - the retraining of experts could be a good business opportunity if it's jumped on quick.

I wonder, did Larry King know something that prompted his retirement? grin

Hahaha Katt.. I never knew he retired!! That's prima facie proof I don't watch much cable..In fact..I don't have any!! grin..LoL..you got me ..pulled the sheets off the bed..I meant to include Josh Friedman in there at the writers strike of 2007..but just not credible enough..especially after the spin he gave about shooting during the strike..again..just not believable as Larry is....And hehe .Ex-Mufon James Carrion saw the handwriting on the wall too..and it wasn't in Katana,,

But..let me see if like hoaxers I can clean that up..a little damage control..after all 3 years Kooked up in the same threads with them..something has to rub off on each other..User Image

Cough cough I guess they called him back to deal with this one as the only person left that might want to report on this without it affecting his or her career..George Noory still has a contract...so he won't even dare bring up the word Drone. without seeing himself standing at his mailbox waiting for the next unemployment check to arrive..Safer for George to stick with clients that have their own attorney appear as guests like in John Titor trying to hawk the story for a movie..That should explain that appearance..hahaha.Larry King ,if my trivia base is not as flawed as my report.....was once a compulsive gambler and boozer..before he made it big..Hmm..being we had so many gamblers waging.. starting with Isaac..and the film producers and networks..also gambling.. its --albeit unintentionally-- quite fitting.

You know the videos Sidd and Doc,,and our own audio production unit at the Arc did..are really quite good..
This may very well have some market potential....kind of a hedge like insurance...
Why if we run out of lying dogs to run down and kick..what will become of us?rolleyes

As for retraining hoaxers..it's going to be tuff..as technology generally tends to mandate less human labor..I did think of something though that is green friendly or pro environment..and cost effective..

Well, it's apparent that the new drone reports here and on ATS will spur on those who attempt to 'hoax with the best,' I believe that our new batch of dronies will do better than this futile attempt to create another stir!

Hi Klat, that looks like one of those Ron Propel Eiffel Tower chicken/turkey stuffers. You put it in the cavity and the metal conducts enough heat inside the bird to reduce the cooking time.
It cooks a 20 pound turkey in 5 minutes - guaranteed! Or your money back. He even throws in a free can of black scalp paint to help cover up any bald spots one may be sporting in their old age. grin

Hi CA5, nothing is futile when it comes to the drones in the humor section. Any homage to them I'm sure is appreciated by the original creators and is just more icing on the cake. laugh

OK, time to visit Island Earth. In the meantime - some Beav. Ward and June did not like finding this in their basement! Must have been the same feeling that Robert had. grin

I'll have to pick up the DVD having only seen the movie a long time ago on TV. I'm sure I'd appreciate it more now.

My eyes may be tricking me. It looks like IA and VC may have been a fan based on imagery from some of the old movie posters. undecided

Not sure if Drone related but it does have humor in common and there will be some parallels drawn. The infamous single hoaxer/shooter replay is bound to be a classic. grin
Maybe a SERPO/HARPO thread is needed?
This Island Earth DVD and Forbidden Planet DVD's on order as well as Stooges #6, #7 Collection to add to my collection!
