Ah, Mr. Randall Flagg! After I don't remember how many episodes of "The Stand" he still apparently slipped away at the end while Las Vegas was nuked. Now there's a guy with staying power! grin

The fiddle reminded me of Neil Young's - See the Sky About to Rain. Great verison on Live at Massey Hall. Neil has a thing about the southland.

I was down in Dixie Land,
played a silver fiddle
Played it loud and then the man
broke it down the middle.
See the sky about to rain.

Now we have the Incredible Lurking Hoaxer (ILH), but at least blurs are back in fashion. I have billions and billions of them with appropriate camera shake from long exposure or really by now any thing you want.

23 skidoo (original meaning)

LoL that was was great TV movie.amazing how he found himself on that island..with those natives..miracle he wasn't eaten,as I understood the tale , like one of the Rockafeller boys he was when stranded into similar territory too.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Rockefeller
I like the Tommy Knockers TV series too..was an odd one too..from Killer clowns..to Killer Alien Jokers from outer space..What will they do next..
I remember every day..spending my lunch money to buy Galaxy and If and a a few others....Magnificent novellas in some of them and most of what we see today is just a slight twist of what they dreamed then..when the science wasn't available or understood and and just surfacing....
Lol there was one..Whose title I forgot..it happens..where armageddon ..the apocalypse..occurs....And the Us, seeing recon photos of dark slant eyed warriors.. thinks its an invasion from China and nukes the hell out of the iron fortresses, and if I recall., China too.. to no avail. They really were from hell..
I know the Lev..I thought I knew would enjoy that one..must look it up for him..

But I digress..
I hope they have all those archived..just the art work was astounding and really drew you in..

And Klatt..may I just say ..what an superlative evolution..You could be a publisher yourself....I must get myself one of those bamboo tablets..quite inspiring!

cool

I have a new mission on my blog: GREAT BLURS OF UFODOM. They are so much easier to make and I am sure animate. Another step in solving the question what came first the UFO or the HOAXTER. I wonder!

You bet I do and one in which you delight. I really do not mind the tag. As I remember the Hitler Diaries were written in books the Fuhrer would never have touched. Actually Hoaxers all is a take off on a famous line from a book. Can you suss it out?

Maybe I can, maybe I can't. As you know, sometimes it is only a very little mistake, the hoaxer makes, and everybody knows his whole genealogy.

The more eyes there are, the more will be seen.

Edit to add: To be honest, the word "hoaxer" is very difficult to translate in my language. So no, I don't recognize that line. I guess, it will sound totally different in my language.
