Aliens...and I have in all my readings over the years, read that there are some people who reside on this planet who have that ability as well. (psychic powers).

I believe it is important to keep an open mind over how Aliens function, and I agree with you Timetraveller we do have much to learn from Aliens.

I also believe we all have these abilities laying dormant within us.....I believe that our focus is so concentrated on the dramas of life that we miss using these facilities....but sometimes these facilities raise their heads....and give us glimpses of our true abilities....

Just my 2 cents. Of all the alien abductions out there, the only one that I would seriously present to a panel of skepics is the http://ufocasebook.com/Pascagoula.html

There's no telepathic communiction and there is no memory loss. (Actually there was some hypnosis done later along w/ a lie detector test but it was minimal to the case). Hell, those things don't even have eyes. In that ecounter.

Though debatable, hypsosis is pretty much worthless and I really don't think we can base encounters on it w/ any validity. So that would delegate all the hypnsosis encounters to a lower profile.

However, I'm not saying that aliens who can communicate w/ people don't exist, I'm merely pointing out the dearth of abductions not involing hypnosis that support direct ESP communication.

So I guess I'm saying that only the Pascagoula abduction has any real weigth b/c it didn't really involve hypnosis and had documented sightings before and after.

SO maybe ESP isn't a universal language for humans and aliens? Maybe the Grey is a joke? Of course that deosn't prove anything but many in this field assume that.

I agree with H. J. that when we are dealing with UFOs we are dealing with a very highly superior intelligence and technology who is able to utilize science and paranormal psychic. I have felt for many years that psychic is a very real and powerful force and that psychic and science should be wedded together for the greater good of humanity. This Planet needs all the help it can get to survive and to evolute.
I do not agree with H. J. that the UFOs do not wish to share information with us. They have no fear of us because we are so ignorant of the higher technologies and their applications. This has been proven in abductees who have been lectured and taught and informed of information regarding the future and the Universe. I don't think that we should insult the UFOs by asking them to call us up on the telephone or to send out radio spikes to communicate with us.

Some thoughts about "reality" and "true". I have been fortunate to have been developed as a psychic. This allows me to access mental and paranormal Worlds and to live in two Worlds at the same time. One World is the physical World and the other World is the World of constant daydreaming and meditation and psychic awareness. I use the conscious mind to function in the physical World and I consider the conscious mind the stupid mind or the robot computer mind. The subconscious mind to me is the unlimited frontier, sort of like the magic carpet that can take me into the past, present and future. I can realize truths and wisdoms with the subconscious mind that the conscious mind is not capable of.
To give you an example: I've been able to see Angels in their truer state of Being not with my physical eyes but with my psychic, "third eye". I've also been able to see beautiful colors beyond the range of the physical eyes with my psychic," third eye". We all have the capabilities of developing our psychic abilities and it is a beautiful thing.

Hey, guys! Some very interesting exchange of thoughts and ideas. If any of you have not already done so. and have a bit of free time, go to the main Casebook site, and look over the abduction section, located here:

http://www.ufocasebook.com/alienabductions.html

I have worked several years putting this information up, and it has been a learning process as I went. One thing that I have gleaned from the research is that I have learned very little from ONE case that you can take to ANOTHER case. They are all so diversified, and unique in their own right. Of course, this is assuming that all of the facts presented there are correct, which unfortunately, I cannot say 100%.

We have fairly well documented cases of abduction where the participants lives were drastically changed for the worse, probably 95%. Was this the intention of the abductors or a bi-product of a preordained scientific mission? I don't know.

Then there are a few isolated cases where the abductees lives were enchanced, i. e. health problems cleared up, etc...(Salter Case, for one.)

I guess what I am saying is that I am looking for feedback, opinion, etc from some of you on these cases, which are pretty much accepted by most Ufologists as genuine. Keep in mind some of the vast differences in the case details. Here are a couple that strike me right off.

The Betty Andreasson case--beings which 'hopped" like rabbits, and literally "froze" time for those family members in the house.

The most unique appearance of the Pascagoula aliens.

Why the Travis Walton case is looked down on so much, when it has as much corroborative testimony as any abduction case.

These are only a few, but if any of you get the time, I would be very interested in your feedback on some of these alleged abducition cases.

Thanks,
B J

Thanx, BJ for taking the time to post all that work. I have perused it numerous times.

I think the biggest problem w/ abductions is that nearly all involve "hypnosis." Hypnosis is not taken seriously by the scientific community and there are good reasons (which I don't know offhand.) Another problem is that "sleep paralysis" displays virtually the same effects as many abductions. Basically the investigator ends up dwelling in the realm of psychology and psychology is considered a soft science for a good reason. That's why I like the Pascagouli encounter, no psychology grin.

Is intelligence using abductions to commit psychic experiments on us? U have to wonder ....

Yes, several good points. You must remember however, that in many cases, at least part of an abduction scenario was being played in the minds of the participants before any type of hypnosis was done. In the Allagash case, it was ten years before one of the Weiner twins sought this type of help, also in the Bluff Ledge encounter, it was some twenty years before the two abductees spoke after the initial happening.

As to the sleep paralysis, I do know what you are saying, and I have read a fair amount about this enigma, and I am sure many suffer from this ailment. However, many of the best known cases took place in when the abductees were not in bed, but engaged in some outdoor activity, canoeing, riding in a car, working a the kitchen, etc. Just a few thoughts, thanks for the feedback.

It was a slow transition for me to accept the idea that aliens abducted people. Remember the fringe people in the fifties and sixties? "Aliens took me to the moon!" type thing. I wrote it all off to wackos. After a few well-written books, I eventually came around to the idea that there's something to it. All the cases you have posted B.J. involve reputable people who have suffered from the experience in one way or another. That alone speaks volumes.

Just on the TV news:

A transport engineer working for a local council in Victoria, Australia was taking photographs of the railway and rail traffic signals, and when the photographs were made up there was a UFO in the sky.
The engineer said he did not see or hear the UFO....and did not know about it until the photographs were developed.

I read that one on the mainstream news. Actually the newspaper I read it on is not owned by Big Media but close enough grin. I'm impressed but I believe it's a digital pic and digital pics cannot be verified.

BJ, thank you for your very interesting research and information and feedback. If you will recall I had a very interesting experience with UFOs in the middle of a busy afternoon and in the heart of New York City while I was engaged in walking to my job. I do not know if I was physically abducted but I know the experience was real and I have not suffered any bad effects. I am posting this experience and I would like your comments and thoughts. I shall also post this experience in the abduction web site. Thank you, Irwyn

I recall a memorable experience with a U.F.O. it was during the day in July 1962 at exactly 3:40 PM and I was hurrying to my job as a clerk at the Grand Central Post Office. I recall the exact time because I had to punch my timecard to start work at 4 PM and I only had 20 minutes to meet this deadline. I was south of Lexington Avenue and East 42nd Street in Manhattan and walking very briskly while trying to dodge the heavy pedestrian traffic.
As I was looking straight ahead, I suddenly felt my skull in the back of my head had been removed in an area of about 5 inches in diameter. It felt to me as if I was having a lobotomy operation and I could feel the coolness inside my head and a loss of bone density in this area. This area of my head had become numb. This feeling of numbness was very similar to the feeling that one experiences when a foot or an arm “falls asleep” due to the pinching off of a nerve.

Then I saw with amazing clarity, as if I had an eye in this “missing” area of my head, a disk shaped spacecraft which I “knew” to be about 250 miles above the Earth. This craft was gently rocking back and forth as if in a gentle magnetic breeze. I was able to “see” into the interior of the spacecraft whose dimensions I sensed to be about 18 feet in diameter by about nine feet high.
I saw three “men” inside this craft. They all appeared to be about 5 ft. 7 inches tall. They all had white skin, black hair, gray eyes, and they all looked identical in appearance. They were each dressed in a gray colored mechanics type overall, which had no buttons or zippers or any apparent method of opening or closing this garment.
One “man” had his back to me and was seated on a raised plastic type molded chair. He was facing a crescent shaped keyboard of many different colored lights. This keyboard somehow reminded me of the music organ at Radio City Music Hall. I “knew” that this keyboard was the operating panel for the spaceship.
Another “man” was walking from the left side of the vessel toward the center. The third “man” was bent over a central support column which ran from the ceiling to the floor and made me think of the center axis of a gyroscope. He was peering into a black binocular type sighting device, which somehow reminded me of a Norden bomb-sight. I realized that he was watching me through this instrument.

Then I saw what looked like a steel cable coming from the bottom of the spacecraft and connecting to the back of my head, and although I knew it was not a physical cable, I sensed that it was to show me that a communication connection had been made from the spaceship to my brain. The cable followed my every movement as I dodged the human traffic on the street, and I felt that I was connected mentally to that spaceship.
During that day at work I tried to believe that this experience had really happened to me, but it was so unbelievable to me that my mind was inclined to dismiss it as an hallucination.
When I returned home that night after work, within a block of my house I saw a brilliant flash of silver light streak from one end of the sky to the other like the blurred movement of a silver colored metallic object. This silver light traveled across the sky at a speed almost too fast for the eye to follow. At this point I looked at my watch and I saw that the time was exactly 3:40 AM, exactly 12 hours after the UFO sighting experience. I took this to be a confirmation from the spacecraft that my experience had been real.

Keep in mind that many of those 'fringe' UFO books from the 50's and 60's may not have seemed quite so wacky when you compare their stories against how much was known of the universe at the time. For example, Adamski described a forest region on the Moon during one of his travels aboard a saucer. In the late 1950's, this idea was still quite fantastic, but not totally beyond consideration, since we didn't really know what we would find on the Moon. The idea of Venusians and Martians had equal consideration.

I would suggest that the modern UFO motif, readily accepted by today's UFO proponents may fall under your definition of wacko fringe beliefs 30 or 40 years from now. I'm not saying this with certainty, but I think it important to look at the UFO puzzle from a wider, more historical perspective before dismissing Adamski and his era as unimportant. What you are doing is studying UFO's selectively rather than accepting all of it as valuable information.

I agree with MIB that in order to understand the big picture in the meaning of UFOs in regard to us we cannot selectively choose stories or accounts regarding UFOs as acceptable to our judgment of what is real and what is not real, and what is credible and what is not credible. There is no chart showing what is the real UFO and what is a fake. There is no guideline as to what a genuine UFO alien should look like. We cannot become statisticians and catalogers only. We should try to learn from the abduction stories and sightings rather than to limit our imput and perspective.
If we can concept that UFOs have been around since the beginning of Man and may have been the architects and Creators of the human race then you can realize how important this subject is and how it connects to the total experience of the human race. Let us think and learn and not judge.
