Funny that they don't show anything for New York State. I know there have been many sightings in my area, Buffalo, NY.

Hi HJ

OOOPPPS

Isnít my face red.

I do apologize for my cross comments to mewtwo and my complete F%$& up with the misused words I have no excuse except it was after 2 AM and I had taken a Vicodin and drank a few beers. Not a good idea to try to communicate when one is slightly stoned. LOL.
I also have to stop relying on my spell checker to catch all my mistakes.
It is obvious I am not perfect either. At least I used the phonetic equivalent. I do apologize for picking on her and will no longer attempt to tell her how badly she expresses herself.
As you say itís easier to just ignore it.

Recent Analysis of the NIDS Database

In mid 2004, NIDS again reviewed our database comprising the locations of the Triangle sightings in the
United States. We find (see the Map #1) the sightings of Triangles appear primarily adjacent to population
centers and along Interstate Highways. From the map, the Triangle sightings cluster on both coasts.
The flight path direction of the Triangle aircraft is shown by the direction of the black arrow on the map.
If an arrow points west, the Triangle was reported flying west. The results are shown here:

I did not find the one I wanted but this one is good as it not only shows the location but also the direction.

The number of sightings is also different. I wonder why the disparity?

I see this is 2004! The map I remember is for 05/06. I will keep looking.

If any of you happen across it I would appreciate the link. I get obsessed with things sometimes. Its like an itch I can't scratch.

Zareste you said one of your friends saw something recently. did they notice anything about size or any specifics of it other than the lights? Just curious.

I am starting to think we may be flying these things. They act like they are patrolling an area and loitering in space waiting for something. Just like we do with our long range drones.

Everything I have seen so far says that they are very large and completely silent. They appear to have three lights one at each point of the triangle and these craft glide just a few hundred feet above the ground and as low as just over roof tops. Many have been seen in the north east and along the west coast. They do appear to be seen moving from the interior states toward the coast and back but they have no apparent originating point they just melt into and out of the night.

this is a page that supports my thinking on this.

Actually it was something I read on the map - someone down the street recorded seeing lights in a triangle formation on May 6th and that's all they said.

What would be interesting is to note the weather patterns in areas of sightings - hurricanes storms tornadoes etc.

Not a big deal Woody. I have trouble ignoring such things though. I edited online books for awhile and errors like that just reach through the monitor screen and grab me. Sort of like the series "MonK" where he can't help himself. Lol! Keep up the good work!

I had a wild idea Monk abducted by aliens. Now that would be a funny episode. There are so many possible gags I think it would be hilarious. Maybe I should send it to them. They have been advertising characters wanted.

How about if Dr. House were abducted by aliens? That could hand us a laugh or two....or three. I wonder how gruff he would be with them? grin

I think House would be better as a debunker and not as the object of abduction. I could see some ufo expert as someone who had been missing for a wile and then shows up in the admitting room unable to remember what happened. He or she does remembering a bright light and someone doing alien like experiments. He/she also exhibits strange marks and something buried under the skin. Of course it has to have a life threatening potential or house would ignore it. The rest of the show would be the near death caused by House miss diagnosis and treatment. Then a final revelation of some mundane coincidence of occurrence that created the loss of memory and self induced medical problems, hallucinations
ect....

Now this sounds like an episode of house.

Yeah, I love House. Total jerk with no bedside manner but I love him. lol

How about House trying to diagnose symptoms that the patient says are caused by aliens only to never have the answers but definitely see the problem. Since all of his patient's problems are eventually diagnosed, this episode would be one that is left up in the air - yuk, yuk, got it "up in the air".
