It was so easy to pull one over the TV generation..but now..these smarty pants internet armchair sherlocks just spoil the fun.. cry

sayyyyyy..I just noticed Noel s name has 2 n s 2 o s 2 e s and 2 Ls..so kewl..any special significance? I love anagrams too.. grin

whats in a name anyway..I found a nice lyric by George strait

Yea, the Noel flashed on and the bills stayed paid
I felt so warm as we drove away
I had never seen Christmas spelled so clear
As when I saw Leon flashin' in my rear view mirror

Peace on earth, goodwill to men
Christmas time is here again
Can it be all that wrong
To feel like Christmas all year long?

Noel Leon

I dont think they are very happy with us or the type attention they are getting here..but its not meant to hurt anyone...who knows ...they might rework the script a little better..give us a cameo appearance or sumtin..

Hi, everybody. Jack Brewer here from the blog, 'The UFO Trail'.

Like has been mentioned, I'd also be interested in what info requests are being sent to what agencies/offices and that kind of stuff. I/we might also consider opening a new thread for it - one that might be a little easier for relative newbies like me to catch on and better understand the nuances and current situation. In fact, I'll just go ahead and open a specific JAL thread, and then if you guys and gals want to contribute your thoughts and research, I'd be most interested in following along and possibly making some contributions myself as it might progress.

Here's the thread:

'Express' reports that it sent photos of airplane lights to various UFO experts and requested their analysis. See what the "experts" concluded, including infamous Scott Waring of 'UFO Sightings Daily', who explained why the lights were proof of alien spacecraft:

It's good work by 'Express' from several perspectives. Some good quotes from Nigel Watson, who responsibly warned about hyping such circumstances.

That was a pretty good article. I liked that 60% (although such a small sampling size doesn't say THAT much) of the ufologists weren't ready to get on the Saucer train. Hmm. Weird metaphor.

Nick Pope had some salient comments:
"These don't strike me as being particularly spectacular..."
as well as
"Zooming in with pictures like this can be counter-productive, because one loses resolution and distortions increase, leading to a misleading impression that something is more structured than is, in fact, the case."

There are some on this board who may get pulled into the trap of zooming distortion becoming a false positive. And as the ufologists themselves said, this doesn't mean that because some "believers" are easily fooled into thinking that common aircraft are really alien saucers, that this is incontrovertible proof that there are no otherworldly things in the sky. All it does is call attention to the dangers of presumption and not being diligent in discerning what is or what is not in a picture.

OK, I'll tell you why I believe Phil Corso: Back in 1965 I had a electronics teacher named Mr. Cole that learned that my SAT science test score was in the top ten percent in the country and he liked many of the questions I asked in class. I was also friends with his son Jimmy and other reasons not shared. One day as I was helping him after class he told me to promise never to share what he was about to tell me and I did brake that promise in May of 2012 after I thought he was long gone. He would not tell me where he got the super secret alien government information but he did say it came from his family members working at Los Alamos labs. I felt bad about the radio interview I gave where I used his name as the person where I got the information, so I called his son to say that I was sorry. His son then told me it was alright because his uncle Phil wrote a tell all book back in 1997 and died a year after. Now I knew where Mr. Cole got the secret information. His son then told me even more then I was given back in 1965 and the reason why the most important information was not put in the book. Bet you can't guess what that was? He said his uncle thought it was too hard for most people to believe and it would make the book too hard to believe if he added that other main secret. I come to believe that most people are way too stupid to listen and tell what is fact and what is fiction! Then the same stupid people will drive folks away from sharing what they know after seeing the grief others have received for sharing such super secret information. remember that I did not believe the book called: The Day after Roswell either until I called his son and learned where the secrets came from back in 1965 that was only given to close friends and family members. Please do not give me any grief as I have a wife that fills that need!

Carol Rainey's latest video addition to her YouTube channel, Budd Hopkins & Lt Col Corso at San Marino, 1998 v3. An outstanding glimpse, in my opinion, at some ufology history as well as the lack of credibility of Corso's claims. Her description and clip:

Published on Feb 4, 2014
Two controversial UFO researchers, Budd Hopkins and Lt. Col. Philip J. Corso (Ret) tangle at the 1998 San Marino conference. Hopkins is looking for proof of the startling claims made in 'The Day After Roswell,' a new book that Corso co-authored with William Birnes. It arguably has as many skeptics and critics as does Hopkins' own recent book, 'Witnessed,' an account of the Linda Cortile abduction case.

The secret is in the sauce! Oui!
It takes years and years and years of preparation..as in our case 65 for it it to come to fruition..until then...it is important to keep the lid on it as it were.
