Much as I like this feller..imo he is part of the games. He never answered what it was that resulted in photos being destroyed.early in his career...and was all too aware of the control systems at play...the one medium that may have given us answers to a host of issues..from war to ufos.. the internet..is now under control by political systems.thanx FCC..if we understand the medium is the message...then our expectations are a lot more scaled down..and with it the ability to shape our future without the good housekeeping seal of approval.
I thought putting his complete profile.gives us a better picture..of the competing synergies at work..

Once they succeeded in ending democracy and turning Germany into a one-party dictatorship, the Nazis orchestrated a massive propaganda campaign to win the loyalty and cooperation of Germans. The Nazi Propaganda Ministry, directed by Dr. Joseph Goebbels, took control of all forms of communication in Germany: newspapers, magazines, books, public meetings, and rallies, art, music, movies, and radio. Viewpoints in any way threatening to Nazi beliefs or to the regime were censored or eliminated from all media.

Not sure what one's day job has to do with their other interests when there is no obvious connection , but then I'm not as paranoid as many in the ufo circus. But with that level of suspicion we shouldn't trust anyone writing about or researching ufos since almost all of them have made a buck or two from this and other areas that could be tied to self interests including past relationships.
As an example Stanton Friedman worked as a nuclear engineer for a company that had government contracts according to Friedman himself. Based on this knowledge and using 'guilt by association mentality' we should then be suspicious of anything he says. The same could probably be done regarding most ufologists or any 'insider' who wrote a book about ufos including the well known (and much believed by the ufo community) Colonel Corso who was an insider in the intel depts. in the govt.
Therefore I guess we should just dismiss all these participants as 'Mirage Men' since they all have connections that might taint their honesty.
Then again it might be that those who follow this line of thinking especially in the ufo circus and the paranormal asylum might have some issues with seeing boogeymen under each and every bed due to the marginality and liminality that surrounds these areas as George Hansen has pointed out in his book The Trickster. And this can eventually lead to paranoia and complete lack of trust of any and all players and themes within a specific area.

Keith Basterfield on Bruce Maccabee's 2014 book, 'The FBI CIA UFO Connection':
I have read numerous conspiracy based websites about the depth of the involvement of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), in UAP. Few people, however, have had the opportunity to interact with CIA personnel with an interest, in this area. So, it was with great delight that I read Maccabee's book...
Maccabee was at this stage working at the Naval Surface Weapons Center in Maryland, in the field of Laser Generated Underwater Sound (LGUS.) In August 1984, he received a call from a Dr Ronald Pandolfi. Pandolfi was"...a scientist and intelligence analyst in the Scientific Intelligence branch of the CIA." (p.299.) Pandolfi questioned Maccabee about LGUS. Pandolfi knew of Maccabee's UAP interests, and earlier visits to the CIA, via Kit Green. "Thus began a more than fifteen year association with Ron based on the original CIA interest in LGUS and an unofficial interest of Ron and other agency employees on the subject of UFOs and the status of UFO research." (p.301.)
"...but there didn't seem to be an official reason for the CIA to pay any attention to UFO research. Then, in 1990, Ron told me the official reason: the possibility of espionage. He said that in the 1970's, the CIA had obtained "firm evidence" that the KGB had devised a plan to use US citizens, including UFOlogists, to penetrate the US defense program." (p.354.)

Some Mirages Are Just to Tough To Kill

In that study, conducted between 1932 and 1972, Dr. Cutler and the US Public Health Service found African-American men in Alabama who had syphilis and claimed they were treating them for the disease, when they were not in fact doing so but rather studying how it progressed. They also unknowingly infected some men with syphilis who did not have the disease. Dr. Cutler defended the experiment even after public outcry had shut it down, saying in 1993: 'It was important that they were supposedly untreated, and it would be undesirable to go ahead and use large amounts of penicillin to treat the disease, because you’d interfere with the study.' He would at one point in his career be appointed assistant Surgeon General of the United States. In the end, the experiment resulted in the death of at least 83 individuals from syphilis. In 1974, a $10million settlement was awarded along with lifetime medical benefits and burial services to all living participants. Those benefits later grew to include all direct family members of victims in 1975.
A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit against the U.S. government by many of the same plaintiffs in the current Hopkins lawsuit back in 2012. That suit listed then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius as defendants, who released a statement at the time saying; 'Although these events occurred more than 64 years ago, we are outraged that such reprehensible research could have occurred under the guise of public health.' They then added; 'We deeply regret that it happened, and we apologize to all the individuals who were affected by such abhorrent research practices.' And while the case was dismissed on a legal technicality, Judge Reggie B. Walton, who rendered the decision, urged the plaintiffs to appeal for the compensation they deserve. The US government cannot be held responsible in a court of law for any action committed in another country. 'For more than half a century since the time of the Guatemala study, scholars, ethicists and clinicians have worked with government officials to establish rigorous ethical standards for human research. Johns Hopkins welcomes bioethical inquiry into the U.S. Government's Guatemala study and its legacy,' Hopkins spokeswoman Kim Hoppe told The Baltimore Sun said in an email. 'This lawsuit, however, is an attempt by plaintiffs' counsel to exploit a historic tragedy for monetary gain.' One of the attorneys for Hopkins meanwhile calls this suit 'baseless.' It was medical historian Susan Reverby from Wellesley College in Massachusetts who first unearthed the shocking details of the tests while researching Dr. Cutler's archives in Pennsylvania. 'I was just completely blown away. I was floored,' she said at the time. 'I expected to find something on Tuskegee. There was nothing. What he left behind were these records from the Guatemala study.' She then said; 'That was all he left behind. Why he did this, I have no idea. Why would you leave this?'

Their is deception by the mirage men through trickery and direct intervention and manipulation. we usually call them Them or They interchangeably. This is many times achieved through ommision of small details, that what we would like to call the truth pivots and becomes an untruth passed on and accepted to the public.
I came across a paper written by Manuel Borras a Spanish engineer which left me asking the question why would Jaque Vallee leave out and report erroneous material on the 1965 Fort de France French UFO report and subsequent references to it in his books. http://www.ikaros.org.es/fortdefrance.pdf

Know-and he said how much progress has made ballistic few years to this part and what degree of perfection had reached firearms, if the war had continued. Do not know either that, in general, the resistance force of cannons and the expansive power of gunpowder are unlimited. Well, based on this principle, I wondered to myself if, through sufficient apparatus, made with certain conditions of resistance, would be possible to send a bullet to the moon. Thus addressed his character associated Impey Barbicane, president of a fictitious Gun Club -Club cannon Baltimore (Maryland), in the novel by Jules Verne "From the Earth to the Moon" (1865).
1961 In October, a Canadian engineer of 33 years, Gerald Bull, travels to Baltimore to visit his old friend Charles Murphy, head of the Laboratory Ballistics Research (BRL) US Army. Bull seeks support for One HARP (High Altitude Research Project) which provides employ instrumental launched from a cannon to study the upper atmosphere. Ultimately, the dream caressed by Bull is to build a cannon capable of putting satellites in orbit, one way low cost alternative to the use rocketry. Among other things, Bull gets the Army southern neighbor an artillery piece of exceptional size (16 inches, 400 mm) and a radar tracking system that will be moved to the island Caribbean Barbados. The siting of the test center is not casual. The McGill University of Montreal, sponsored the project, and maintains research ties with the island, the weather is favorable, the Atlantic is a vast and unpopulated range and, where appropriate, geographical proximity to Ecuador is optimal for launching satellites. On the other hand, opportunities and equipment provided by the Canadian project is a fallen godsend for 2Barbados, that will not put obstacles of any kind. Paris, June 14. An astrophysicist 22, Jérôme Serial, received the Award Jules Verne for his novel "Le Sub-Espace", an annual award for the best film French science fiction. Sériel sums up the argument, as recorded in France-Soir: "The subspace is an everyday twin universe of our space which can only not be reached by humans accidentally. As a result of a series of errors attributable to earthlings, an amazing war breaks out in that extraordinary region. "Ultimately, the world seems less absurd than it was to first but- simple dozen scientific researchers who are forced to react to inexplicable events have understood its true depth.
Serial Jérôme is a pseudonym. The author's real name is Jacques Vallée. Since that June, began working at the observatory in Paris, in tasks of visual tracking and calculating orbits of artificial satellites.Experience a great disappointed to note how some outliers, corresponding to unidentified objects, are swept under the carpet to avoid complications. At that moment I realized that I ashamed of the human race if we simply ignore "their" presence ".

In spring has published the first book of Vallee on the topic: "Anatomy of a phenomenon: unidentified objects in space - a scientific appraisal ". Now is preparing a second book (" Challenge to Science - The UFO Enigma ") in which, among other things, reflect his study of" ortotenias ":" The analyzes performed simply establish that the proposed alignments, most, if not all, must be attributed to chance alone. Island of Barbados, September 20. The HARP project is operational since 1962 and the tests succeed. As explained Gerald Bull years later: "The idea was to find out what happens in the atmosphere from sunset to sunrise. Remember, nobody gave us subsidies. We had to get [data] atmospheric tropical weather for the Army Research Office [US], that's how we were getting the money. We were trying to measure all to the upper limit of the atmosphere, we set nominally two hundred kilometers. The cost of each launch was about $ 5,000. We arrived to take up to eight in one night. Typically was trying to get the data using three nights in a row. " Throughout the night of 20 to 21 carried out a series of releases "Martlet 2" with huge barrel of 16 inches. The shots are made pointing to the east-southeast, toward the Atlantic, with an elevation near vertical. Each "Martlet 2" -a particularly projectile design frees a load of trimethyl aluminum (TMA) between 90 km and a maximum height of 140 km. The trimethyl- aluminum ejected is a compound which reacts with the oxygen in the atmosphere giving rise to a phenomenon of chemiluminescence. That creates a trail visible at night it can be photographed from various enclaves for wind information at different heights. In the first moments, the stele resembles the straight white trail left by jets but deformed by winds in the upper atmosphere, it acquires shapes. Finally, the 13 After about fifteen minutes, the trail longer visible. From the neighboring island of Martinique -two hundred kilometers northwest of Barbados-, numerous witnesses observed the wakes of the first two 14 shooting, shooting 19:30 and 20:53 local time on the islands. In 19:30 test the fact that trimethylaluminum is also freed occurs down the stretch of the ballistic trajectory of the projectile and not only during its ascent 15 . Observers both Islanders are counted as crewmen "Juno," the "Daphne" and "Rhône", anchored in Fort-de-France in scale of 10 days. Michel Figuet, witnessed the event, recalled: "The next day I called the meteorological observatory and was told that it was not a balloon, or a meteor, or a plane or a rocket or a satellite, but an object 16 Unidentified ".

The roar of the largest canyon, the caliber of 400 mm, could be heard over a wide area of the island. It is said that even in the district of St. Joseph, about twenty miles away, one could see a slight tremor in windows (1). It is not surprising then that the vibrations have negative effects in crystals and even the walls of the nearest district Christ Church (2) housing.
Stephen E. Mendes account: "The huge cannon was heard from most of the island ... and just a few miles away, the walls of our house began to crack by the blast. The SRC (8) had to take care of repairs and relocation of those living near the canyon ... but small cracks that had we never were met ... it was hard prove that they were due to the barrel. "(3) For its part, the government of the island took no responsibility for damage to homes, which made the project not it was just very well seen in certain sectors of the population. (4)
It is said that the remains of a projectile fell into a pen of cows district of St. Philip (2). However, only victims of the project would have been for other reasons. A worker was crushed to death during landing tasks parts of the barrel (5). On the other hand, some people attributed the cancer that took the life of a young physicist Island to high power radar used in following projectile (3).

But there is a story that shows that mortality was not associated with the project so worried some Islanders but ... excessive birth. In a political rally of the sixties, Aberdeen Jones, candidate of the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) in the district Christ Church, promised that if his party formed government would end the HARP project, which blamed the increase the birthrate. Some of the bullets were fired at night and early morning. "Imagine a man sleeping in bed and Catapum !, shoot the cannon. The first thing you see when you wake up will be a pair of legs ... "(6)
What remains of the "super- cannon" 400 mm rests in peace at two hundred yards from the end of the airport runway Grantley Adams International, which was always. Try to look with Google Earth (7). Rust and vegetation have not yet covered at all.

Figuet Michel describes his observation from Martinique in the number of May newsletter "Lumières dans la Nuit" (# 145). Months before he had recounted in 19 elsewhere ("UFO-Informations", No. 6, AAMT), but this time specify a time schedule:
20 "Information from the readers. On board the submarine" Junon ", an evening of September 1965 at 21:15. "[...] We note, coming from the west, from the direction of the Panama Canal, one round object color and size of the moon, moving slowly in the distance, in southern horizon. He left behind a trail of great width. Then, the object He descended into the hills south describing two loops. Below parked, forming a white halo around and saw two red traces underneath. Suddenly, the object disappeared, remaining only visible halo and wake, for two more minutes. "At 21:45, the white halo appeared in the same place. It also appeared object. It rose again making the same journey to go in the same direction, always with his wake, comparable to that of the jets but wider. "
No one thought of going to look for a camera adds.

The case LDLN # 45 (May 1975)
The memories are not perfect: apart from the times are wrong, phenomenon was southeast of the island and not from the west. In Addition, underlying misinterpretations: making contrails deformed by winds tall for the actual path of an object and, on the other hand, assumed that the phenomenon is repeated in reverse. Michel Figuet is no longer the sailor that sailed the seas of half the world to Quick escort aboard "Le Picard" and, later, the submarine "Junon" without any interest in UFOs. Returning to civilian life, devotes much of his time to 21 gather documentation on the subject. It is a "man of land" dedicated to investigate the matter personally.
The HARP project had perished for lack of support and funding. Settled in Quebec, near the border with the US, and leading his own company, the Space Research Corporation, Gerald Bull to consulting, development and now devotes himself selling weapons gunner. Your customers are spread around the globe.
In spring, the magazine "Lumières dans la nuit" returns to the observation 22 20/09/1965 Martinique of publishing a more detailed Michel Figuet article. This particular date and indicates now that the first phase of the phenomenon occurred 19:30 to 19:35, while the second phase passed at 21:05 23 21:10, a tighter schedule to reality: "Just remember the length and time about the phenomenon. The accuracies bring to readers LDLN just come to my attention through the work of literature search made by the chief engineer meteorologist Weather Service Antillas- Guayana ". Figuet still given to the development of a comprehensive catalog "Landings" French. In 1979 he had published a documented and bulky book on the subject: "UFO: The premier dossier of close encounters in France". 24
Keeps abreast Jacques Vallee of new information that shed doubts about the origin of the traces of the emblematic case of Trans-en-Provence from 25 01.08.1981, the GEPAN remains unexplained. Then start your own 26 parallel investigation.
"Computer Message Systems" (McGraw-Hill, New York) is published, Vallee, privileged witness the birth of the Internet by participating in the development of its prototype, ARPANET. Also see the light British, German and Swedish editions in his book "The Network Revolution. Confessions of a Computer Scientist" (edition 27 American original: And / Or Press; Berkeley, 1982). Vallee directs his professional life to the financial district funds 28 venture capital investments in high technology companies.
Gerald Bull continues its activities, now set at Brussels-capital international business of weapons- since passed a few months in 1980 a US prison. Following a journalistic investigation, his company was accused of violated the 1977 arms embargo against apartheid South Africa, given by United Nations. The material was re-issued from Spain on a vessel supposedly on his way to Canada. The operation was at least the connivance of the CIA, who had given covert support to the South African intervention
[Pict] in the Angolan civil war to counter the Cuban presence. Nevertheless, or ...- precisely why, investigating officers of the Customs Service American was not beyond Bull. His sentence of one year in prison was scored deeply and made it considered a kind of scapegoat US administration. On the other hand, was also sentenced for justice 29 Canadian, who imposed a financial penalty.
Apart from the time precisions Figuet article on "Lumières dans la nuit" (No. 237-238) also includes further details of the two phases of observation. Are summarized below.
First stage: The "luminous ball" came from an azimuth of 200 degrees, from the southwest [?], And elevated 15.- 20 °, with reference to the observers in Fort-de-France. He moved in horizontal path up to an azimuth of 120 ° (direction Rivière-Salée and the Domaine de la Pagerie), where descended. The two full loops described as it descended made clockwise. The detention, about 7 lifts, lasted about 30 seconds. The luminous trail was comparable to white screen TV. He disappeared progressively between 19:34 and 19:35. The small double, shooting red stele, under the ball, was observed with twins when the object stopped, before forming the halo to 19:34.
Second phase: After making the same changes (including two loops) but in reverse direction, the phenomenon away horizontally in a southwesterly direction. The trail gradually disappeared.
In the article there is some confusion about the azimuth assigned to the phenomenon. In a few sometimes referred to as the decline occurred at an azimuth of 120 ° is done. Moreover, the Pagerie was approximately south of observers and the canton of Rivière-Salée southeast. Regarding the figure included in the article shows an azimuth of about 155 ° (SSE approximately). To get an -a notion data from the period, the project HARP-, 4 minutes and 38 seconds after shooting 19:30, the corresponding trail was visible from Fort-de-France in around an azimuth of about 125 ° and its highest point was about 20 degrees of elevation above the horizon (Recital 134 km altitude and distance from the observer of about 334 km). (1)
Figuet assumed, wrongly, that the phenomenon was on the Martinique and for Therefore, you must have observers south of the island located south of the path. Their testimonies help locate the position of the phenomenon. To this end he wrote a dozen letters to mayors south of the island, with no response. Other observations:
The West Indies and Guiana Weather Service advises Figuet other sightings from Martinique on the same dates. The gendarmerie made another observation on 21 September 1965 at 02:15. It was noted one spherical shape of incandescent white, with white smoke in NNE zigzag path that abruptly disappeared. The same phenomenon was observed on September 23 at 19:30.
It can not be excluded that these observations were also related "Martlet-2" HARP project. In fact, shooting at 02:21 on 21 and 19:24 were performed, but Day 22 (always local time) - see list of releases www.planet4589.org/space/lvdb/launch/Martlet, web astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell (hours indicated GMT) -.
Correcting other references:
Figuet fail to point out that, contrary to showing the artistic recreation published in No. 145, "Lumières dans la Nuit", the phenomenon was not reflected in the sea.
It also belies some of the things said in the two books that had already quoted his testimony in the case.
[Pict] Figuet denies that have fallen to earth and that the phenomenon had surrounded the post in twice, as indicated by Charles Garreau in his book "Alerte dans le ciel: le dossier des enlèvements "(p 163;. Alain Lefeuvre, 1981). Also notes that it is erroneous description of the formation of the halo that had Jean Prachan in his book "Le Triangle des Bermudes: base secrète des UFO" (Pp 115-116;. Belfond, 1978). Furthermore, "the west of Martinique is not in the Bermuda Triangle" ...

Figuet presented to Congress a presentation on a topic that suits you concerned, the development of criteria to isolate cases of UFO sightings 35 strongest, the best evidence. Bull has not given up his dream to build a "super" able to put orbiting satellites. For some time, looking for sources of inspiration in the little known German designs of World War II, particularly in the 37 infamous "barrel of Paris". He has written a book on the subject, 38 collaboration with his colleague Charles Murphy. In 1985, Bull had tried to get the Department of Defense I was interested in a project of intercontinental barrel, without success. Now he has traveled to Iraq, which has just emerged from a long war with its neighbors and Iranians won the support of Saddam Hussein. The Iraqis, who already have artillery designed by Bull, are renewing their firepower and do not averse to the possibility of becoming a "space power". Born the Babylon project.

In February, Michel Figuet founded the Serpan, a society dedicated to the 40 research "unidentified aerospace phenomena".
On March 22, Gerald Bull is killed when he was about to enter his Brussels apartment. The identity and motives of the murderers will not reach clarified. There is speculation pointing in different directions: Israel, Iran, Iraq and even the CIA itself. Days earlier, had tried in Iraq "Baby Babylon" (a cannon 45m long and 350 mm caliber), prototype authentic "superguns" (150 m gauge 41 1000 mm) goal of Babylon project. After the death of Bull, are confiscated in Europe various materials intended the "superguns" Iraqis (manufactured in the UK, Spain, Germany, Switzerland ...). Months later, Iraq invaded Kuwait and the Persian Gulf War begins. Allied troops end up destroying much of what remained standing of 42 project. Charles Murphy, partner Bull lifetime, making it the sketch:.. "It was a brilliant engineer An entrepreneur wanted to build things. He wanted to do what others could not do. He wanted to promise that he would do 43 44 that, according to others, it could not be done. "
Jacques Vallee published the book "Confrontations", which reiterates its view that the "UFO phenomenon" has nothing to do with ships of extraterrestrial origin but it is "a physical manifestation of a form of consciousness alien to human but able to coexist with us on earth ". In one of the chapters devoted to show that the UFO is an entity with a physical component-while window to another mode of reality used example whale Michel Figuet 1965:
"From an observation like this you can not just say that did not happen or that it was a hallucination. The witnesses were competent observers distributed a large area. They were trained for night surveillance tasks (Michel Figuet had received particularly high marks for its ability to observation) and the sighting lasted long enough for my informant rise to the control tower, take the binoculars and spend the rest of the staff. Now if we agree that there was an object, as the facts seem to show, then we face as scientists, other challenge. Specifically, if the object was ten miles away, as estimated witnesses, we are talking about a hundred yards disk diameter, a formidable device, in view of the amazing maneuvers performed. The complete sequence suggests control and purpose. Furthermore, it is possible to calculate the total energy emitted by the object based on estimates of distance and luminosity given by witnesses. A value is obtained 45 2.3 megawatts (MW). "
Three hundred people could see "a huge ball of light or a disc vertical "explains Vallee- who rushed to ground describing up three loops "when he was just south of the ships". However, the figure accompanies the text shows a trajectory with only two loops -in line with Figuet- version located towards the SSE. "Confrontations" also briefly referred to the recent analysis commissioned by Vallee of samples footprint case of Trans-en-Provence, collected in 46 time by the GEPAN: "The lab found nothing unusual or differences between the two samples [To be collected from the surface and the other at a depth of about six inches], although to scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive analysis used This new X-ray analysis allowed us to eliminate the possibility that products chemical, cement dust or other surface contaminants have affected the plants. " The results of the analysis and conclusions of Vallee - exposing a 47 article published this year in the journal "Journal of Scientific Exploration" -, will be heavily criticized by Michel Serpan Figuet, which eventually attributing the 48 alleged traces of landing marks caused by tires.

Eight and a half years later, wonder how he could be so incompetent to ignore HARP launches from the island of Barbados. From the island of "next", so to speak.
The Internet Optimists say that "everything" is on the Internet. Before closing these lines -15 April 2010-, I wanted to see if If the keys are on the network, accessible to everyone. If you search, you can find detailed information about HARP and the shooting of "Martlet 2". Anyone can cross these data with the sighting reported by Michel Figuet to see clearly. But here comes the surprise. Yes Y While observing Martinique is mentioned in various websites (in 53 French and English), I have only found ONE indicating the date and NO mention the correct time. The version given by Jacques Vallee in 1990-and returned in 1997 to campaign freely through the network, while details provided by Figuet in "Lumières dans la Nuit "in 1984, are absent." Details "as the date and time.
One Not to be confused with HAARP, so dear to the conspiranoicos project, which became operational in 1993 and has no relationship with Gerald Bull.

11 On the night of 22 to 23 Similar experiences were made. 12 Azimuth of 119º (counting from the north clockwise). 13 On "Martlets" HARP project launched Barbados is available pretty information, including a number of technical reports. In www.astronautix.com/lvs/martlet.htm there is an article about the family of missiles "Martlet" and in www.astronautix.com/articles/abroject.htm a brief history of the project. You can find a list of the releases from Barbados on the "Launch Vehicle Database" of astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell (www.planet4589.org/space/lvdb/launch/Martlet). At least one specific report on releases from 20 to 23 September 1965, but is not accessible on the Internet: - Fuller, R. N .; UPPER ATMOSPHERE WINDS LAUNCHED FROM GUN VERTICAL PROBES (BARBADOS, 20- 23 SEPTEMBER 1965), Report No. 2, BRL Contract 169, February l966. I not consulted. Summary Available in: http://oai.dtic.mil/oai/oai?verb=getRecord&metadataPrefix=html&identifier=AD0662203 (It should be noted that, as in some other reference period, the approximate coordinates Barbados station contains a rabbit, to indicate 57.5 ° W / 13.10º N instead of 59.5 ° W / 13.10º N). Another certainly not accessible report will contain relevant information is: - Luckert, H. J .; NOVEMBER 1965 REPORT OF THE PROJECT SERIES TEST FIRING HARP. Summary: www.stormingmedia.us/44/4476/0447666.html. However, fortunately, can be found online other contemporary reports that include enough information. For example, following two references: - Murphy, Charles H. / Bull, Gerald V .; AEROSPACE APPLICATION OF GUN AND LAUNCHED Projectiles ROCKETS (1967). 14 Ie 23:30 GMT on September 20 and 00:52 GMT the following day. Local the islands were AST (Atlantic Standard Time). The "Martlets" were fired from a location to about 240 km from Fort de France and its trajectory them away from Martinique. The stelae were maintained at distances of the order of magnitude. 15 The report UPPER ATMOSPHERE WINDS LAUNCHED FROM GUN VERTICAL PROBES (BARBADOS 21-22 JUNE 1967) (YUMA, 12 JUNE 1967), Final Report, Contract BRL 169 (August 1968) includes "ground plots "Wake (the projection of it on a map at any given time) from ALL testing where TMA ejection continued for a down slope. But the only "ground
plot "September 1965 which reproduces the report is for the launch of the 19:30 AST day 20, showing the location of the wake to 278 seconds of liftoff. This is the release related to the first observation of Figuet. As indicated in the report shows others "Martlets" fired that night only released during trimethylaluminum upward trajectory.

Sys, A lot of material there in those long multiple posts, but it's in a difficult to read (and understand) format....at least the way it's presented. Can you give a paragraph or two summary of what you believe is important about these multiple posts you made. How does this specifically relate to the ufo phenom, the subterfuge ala the mirage men and also Dr Vallee.?

Thanks, Sys. It's interesting that Vallee had knowledge of circumstances that provided potential explanations while he opted to frame the story in what we might call a less skeptical manner.
BTW, I'd imagine you noticed the mention of McGill (home of MKULTRA Subproject 68 and Ewen Cameron during the exact time frame in question) and its participation in the military project involving aerial phenomena. It's for those very reasons that students continue today to demonstrate against McGill's relationship with the military, which includes drone contracts and several ventures into weapons R&D of varying classifications. Interested parties can learn more via Demilitarize McGill.
Some might also find it of interest that Dr. Vallee's attention to detail was recently called into question by Jason Colavito. He discovered that Vallee and co-author Chris Aubeck apparently relied upon translations (French, ironically) provided by previous researchers, rather than checking the text themselves, while recounting a story for their 2009 book, 'Wonders in the Sky'. Colavito interpreted the authors to have presented a bad translation from a secondary source, attributed to the wrong book, and by doing so obscured the primary sources and a more plausible explanation.
