Mostly ice rained down in the form of light and very tiny pellets which formed a mesh-like snow. It was in the high 60's one day, the next day it iced, so the ground was warm and though it put a layer of slick ice out everywhere, from having melted a bit then re-freezing that night, it was not too bad... but then again I was lucky, I had to work that night it came in and was off the next day and never left the house tongue, the day after that the ice was mostly gone from the streets and only real solid in places where the sunlight never reached. It iced pretty much for that first night and the next day but it was light... AND... there was not much precipitation here for a while... it was actually getting pretty darn dry before the ice came in... this helped alot because there was not really any rain in with the ice... it was just tiny frozen pellet of ice... light like snow. Hope you got through there... I did hear Ark got it bad and thought of you and your family. I had seen you on here so knew you were alright, and had power, which... loss of power is the top concern. If there is rain [water] in with the ice coming down, the water freezes on power lines and tree limbs... and a catastrophe occurs soon after as the tree limbs collapse, falling on homes, cars, block streets, knock down power lines... power boxes on the poles freeze and blow up causing power outages and electrical fires, all the while dealing with severe cold.

I am seriously considering moving further south. tongue

Hello everyone. Where to start....well my name is Stephenie you can call me Steph if you'd like. I'm only 17,
but I have been researching and really interested in conspiracies, aliens, secret government, etc. for a few years now. I've been born, raised, and currently living in Ohio (unfortunately, it's cold and boring here.) I listen to Alex Jones when I can, watch his videos, lurk around youtube for anything interesting such as Astral Projection and all that jazz.

I believe 99.9% that the NWO conspiracy is real, and I do believe their are many fishy things going on here in America, and UK etc.

I also believe in aliens, and the whole Reptilian David Ike deal is harder for me to believe but it makes things more interesting. wink

My future plans after high school are to major in Astrophysics or Astronomy and become a scientist, and the same time do a lot more specific research on all of these things while working. (Easier said than done, but I'm dedicated).

Things I like other than researching are watching anime and learning Japanese. (I love that country's culture).

I've been going on UFOcasebook's forums for a year or so now, and figured might as well join the gang.

I have MSN messenger, AIM, and Skype. Message me if you'd like any of those.

Thanks for reading and I hope to learn even more information from these boards.

I originally came to this site to see if there was any information on ribbon ufos (I think that's what they're called). I did some general poking around and found a few more things I had been experiencing that other people were also experiencing.

My name is Justin W. I'm 26 years old. I'm a HVAC guy. I like horse shoes and lawn bowling. I live in a rural part of Ontario, Canada (Hoping to move to New Brunswick within a month). My favorite band is Great Big Sea.

I've seen plenty of ufos in my life. It's become something of a normal sight for me. Until recently, it had just been the orbs in the sky. But now it's Massive see through blimp shaped things (Like miles long at an alt above 45,000 feet) and the ribbons (flying snake creatures that move at high speeds).

Hi, it's Barb from Canada. I am an old member here. I couldn't remember my login so I re-signed up. Been missing my friends and hope everyone is happy and healthy! I am still alive and kicking. If anyone gets a chance to watch Monster Quest, keep your eyes open for the episode on Cattle Killers. I am in it. It aired Feb. 11, 12 and is also airing on the 21, 25 and 26th. The episode is available on iTunes too.

Take care,
Barb

Hello all.
Here's a quick explanation of my name, because people always ask: It's the phonetic spelling of my initials, and has become my nickname. My initials are B. E. A. for Becky Ellen Abrams.
I'm seventeen years old, but don't dismiss me as some immature kid. I like to think that I'm more mature (and intelligent) than most people my age, but that could always just be my ego talking, you never know.
I live in Ohio. Not much really goes on around here most of the time, but it's seemed like the paranormal activity has picked up in the past six months.
I've been into the paranormal for a very long time. When I was younger I used to sneak into the living room at night to watch the paranormal shows that came on late at night. I also have a vivid memory about a close friend of mine being abducted. It could have been just a very vivid dream, but nevertheless it has had a great impact on my life.
I enjoy reading, drawing, and listening to music, as well as doing research on paranormal subjects.
I'm a bit scatterbrained, but I'll try my best to post on here as often as I can.
Glad to have joined the site! ^____^

Well I have been here for a while. But never have managed to get round to posting more about myself. So here goes, my handle on this forum is Saren, which is taken from a computer game.... Called Mass Effect for people who are unfamiliar with it is a space exploration game allowing you to visit other worlds and interact with different species. Saren is the main enemy in the game but he is not the sort of guy who is hell bent on mastering the Galaxy he did what he did to preserve the Galaxy from a hyper machine race called the reapers.

Anyway my real name is Jamie E i have had a massive intrest in the universe since a very young age. I am 20 at the moment will be 21 on march the 21 these last two years for me have been pretty much a obsession with space, how it works why we are here etc and of course whether we have been or currently being visited by Extra terrestrials.

You know I always beleived that I was born about 200 years early, but that all changed we are in a golden age of space exploration, and I am glad I can witness the first steps into the unkown kind of like a todder taking his first steps.

I am a massive Iron Maiden fan. Bruce Dickinson is the greatest singer ever. There lyrics are so intelligent also his solo work is a triumph. Tyranny of souls in my mind is the definitive metal album of all time. If any of you metal heads on here haven't heard it, check it out on i tunes its about 6 quid for mind blowing, face melting metal music and his over powering voice in Kill devil hill is a marvel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8capEMV9HqA

I am also going to write a book on mans first journeys to alpha Centuri I am just assembling ideas in my mind at the moment but its shaping up quite well in my head. But alas it is just a idea until someone else samples it then it becomes a reality. My favorite film off all time is Mad Max 2 the road warrior,

I am a keen astronomer I have a 8half inch equatorial telescope, with a ccd camera. But there is so much light pollution where I live that observing distant galaxy's IE Andromeda is out of the question, but that dosen't bother me so much since our own solar system is littered with great discovery's. When I grow older I would like to be like Picard from star trek the next generation. He does people with his mind, not brute force he is kind of my idol.

I really do have a short fuse I am not proud of this fact but I seem to blow my top at the slightest thing. So I do aplologize if people here feel the brunt of this ( quite recently in my string theroy thread I did this) I honestly believe there are no stupid people in the world only uneducated individuals.

I dicked about in school real bad. I was to busy getting stoned to relise what a great institution school is. So for every child reading this post! the greatest gift you can bestow on yourself is a decent education, when I hit 18 it finally hit home on me get those basic skills I cant do maths I really am terrible at it. so just get your state education, oviousy if you are here and reading this post you are a cut above the rest in relising there is more to the world then what the government is letting on. Money is a man made object, knowledge of ones surrounding is a universial gift I know which one I would rather have.

so what got me into this field, was a google video called ufo greatest story ever denied. I was heavily stoned at the time of viewing, but there was a section showing structures on mars and the moon I was hooked ever since then I found Richard C hoagland's work this guy is a absoloute legend in my opinion. If you havent heard of this guy before google him in video google there is a intresting video where he talks with project camelot members(I dont know to much about them) anyway I bought his book Dark Mission the secret history of NASA. What can I say its totay mind blowing. Anyway if you havent read this, go buy it of amazon its well worth the money

Anyway currently my attention is turned towards string theory, and quantam mechanics.

So anyway this is saren and that is my intrests goals hopefuly one day in my life time I shall see disclosure but with a 20 a day habit my time is short.

Just gotta put this out there my favorite Bruce song by far is the Book of Thel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgTT90gFndM its of the album a chemical wedding I have annoyed my work colleges so many times by blasting this out of my mouth, another resounding Bruce classic enjoy.
