I have never seen anything myself but I have heard plenty of stories. I work the graveyard shift (10pm-6am) at a truckstop so all the drivers and cops tell me what's going on.

I like hardcore. Does anyone else?

hey rise above, I too am from Victoria, Australia! And I Like hardcore smiley

As for being a newbie, I'm from bendigo in Victoria and I've experienced a few things and have meant to come on here and post about it but always get sidetracked. I will make sure that I do next time something strange happens around here smiley

Hi all,
I am in the UK and have been fascinated by UFOlogy for a long time but have only recently begun more serious research/reading.

Started with 'Alien Agenda' by the excellent Jim Marrs and am now finishing with books by the well respected researcher Timothy Good.

I have tried getting hold of copies of books by Jacques Vallee but they are all out of print and one of the main questions I would like to ask of folks on these forums is about a recommended reading list. I will start a thread on this, in the meantime I look forward to reading many of your comments.

Hi All. I'm semi-new here. I look at the site once in a while and have thrown my two cents worth of opinion into a couple of threads. I'm overwhelmed by the huge number of threads that there are shocked I have been interested in UFO's since I was about 13 yrs. old and have sometimes wondered if I was abducted. /// I've red some books on the subject, most recently Jacques Vallee's trilogy - "Dimensions", "Confrontations", and "Revelations" and Timothy Good's "Above Top Secret". I'm trying to find someplace that has intelligent semi-serious discussions of the subject. I say semi-serious because I'm not a 'UFO researcher' or someone who is devoted to the subject to the exclusion of all else, and because I'd like it to be casual friendly conversation... with some humor thrown in too!! laugh
My current opinion on the whole subject is to think that it probably is extra-terrestrial or extra-dimensional beings visiting our earth, that the government probably knows about it; but it's also possible it might just be a load of hooey and that humans just have over-active imaginations. I'm not sure. Especially since I've been a big fan of Sci-Fi and have been reading it for many many years, and some of those stories are far weirder than any UFO stories I've red.

Well that's all for now. See you all on the boards. grin

Hello to all members from London, UK

I am a newbie, very interested, respectful and bursting with questions.

Please see below the my first post in response to Enlighten - half alien/half human. Dual Race?

I would be keen to have contact from anyone who is interested in what I have said below.

I wish you all well and hope to hear from you soon. By what I have read so far this seems to be a proper site - I have been onto another US site that prefers squabbling and silly responses to serious questions . I have great hopes from UFO Casebook to engage in proper conversation. Bye for now and please read below if interested.

I was very interested to read these postings.

It seems like the hybrid occurance has been with us for a few generations. Is the a global phenomenon or mainly sited in the state.

I would be keen to know why there are hybrids, what was the purpose of this, is there an agenda?

Enlighten said that her mother, when in bed with her husband, felt a tail move across her legs. Does this mean he was altering his shape?

We have been aware of abductions since the 50's. 60 years later there has not been much development in the accounts or the events occuring during the abductions. Why do the abductions continue?

Also if there is two-way communication, why has not more helpful information been given to us e.g. the cure of major diseases or the introduction of technologies that will help us?

Enlighten - I send you my best wishes and I sympathise with the difficult times that must have experienced. This is maybe just what happens to those at the Vanguard of a new time or sequence of events. It is not long ago that black people where segregagted from whites and the thought of interacial union was very much unaccepted. How we have moved on - thankfully.

People say we are slowly being prepared for full disclosure - would you agree with this?

I Strongly feel I want to make a television programme, a drama and a documentary that takes things to the next stage of understanding and awareness - always in a supportive way.

I want to have the central character as a normal person who through a special event is awakened to supernatural possibilities and through the course of the series realises that he is part human part alien.

Through my work, I want to give people the opportunity to become aware of new issues and possibilities and help raise their awareness and conciousness. Last night on the news, having not seen it deliberately for ages because of the negetive effect it has, I was horrified by the accounts of violent activity and attacks on others, the egoistic squabling of the politicians and the lowering of standards and the raising of prices etc. We need some change here - it makes me frightened to be out after dark and I am only 43!

It would be wonderful to have a communication with you and maybe others that you know.

All the best and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Creole Lady

Thank you for the welcome.

I will of course handle any communication with respect and sensitivity.

What I am hoping to achieve is a piece of drama that is engaging and seriouly created.

I think it would be interesting to try and put together an outline of a plausible srategy for alien communications, one that sounds rational and believable. It is great to have isolated stories of accounts that either make us wonder, or possibly shock or amaze us.

I am thinking we have a lot of "well-knitted vibrant squares" but I am interested in the quilt!

What the strategy is that emerges from the stories.

All the best and I look forward to hearing from any folk that wish to add something...

Hey guys smiley

My name's Ashleigh, I'm 18 and currently studying creative writing and English Literature at University in the UK, where I was born and bred.

It might be quite obvious by my screen name that I'm a big fan of the X-files. Well, much like Mulder, "I want to believe" tongue

I've had no personal experiences with Alien sightings, but dreams i've had of them, media representations of them, and sightings of them recorded in the news have sparked my interest.

I stumbled on this website earlier in the year and was fascinated by some of the pictures I've seen of early "sightings" and other phenominon that sparked so many conspiracies.

Now, The X files may have almost certainly created a sensationalised fad about aliens for me and so many others, but that doesn't stop me wondering - what's out there?

Anyway, I'll be lurking around here and scrolling through all these juicy archives, hopefully educating myself in the area smiley This website is wonderful -Thanks!

See you all around smiley

Welcome to the forum Ashleigh! I am glad you found us and decided to begin posting.
I was a huge X Files fan as well when it used to come on each week.

I hope you will find many topics of interest and join in any discussions that interest you.

Hi Everyone. Glad I found this site. Looking forward to learning and of course discussions. I am 57 years. Have two children and one grandchild. Had to retire a couple of years ago so I now spend my time in pursuit of all that interests me, much of it in the mystical realm.

Hello everyone. smiley

This is a great forum and I am starting to feel comfortable.

For so long, I have tried to ignore/suppress my experiences because of the fear of dealing with the unknown and the consequences of coming out.

I believe it became easier yesterday after I spoke with my daughter and she has had most of the same experiences without prompting and/or providing leading questions to her.

I am 41 years old, live in West Virginia, employed as a data analyst, and have been raising my daughter on my own for the last 13 years and she just turned 14.

Enjoy astronomy, reading and watching sci-fi, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking, camping, Mountaineer football games, compiling numbers (ok, I must be sick ;-), modding RPGs & doing some programming, playing music (bass, drums, and trumpet), and most importantly being the best father to my daughter as possible.

I am looking forward to having a greater understanding of my experiences in an atmosphere where I do not worry about being ridiculed.
