Newb to the site, with a long held interest, but with a practical mindset for the rationale.

I'm an HSE Advisor by profession, background as a mech fitter, and with one definite ufo sighting to my history.

My gf, and kids, have a colourful history of things happening around them, with a number of explanations eventually ruled out, and with very few alternatives left to consider but the bizarre and the left-field, leading me, to reach out to various renowned persons within the fields of Ufology and Abductions to try to find evidence to confirm certain characteristics - without a single reply except from one (Nick Pope, kind sir).

I'll draw together a rough timeframe of events and happenings, and also note within it other events that we are aware of, but know they are separate completely (confused? no worries, it will read clear).

I don't grandstand, or build up things for attention, but when things freak out one daughter and my gf, then I'll take them very seriously and search for answers, maybe something that can help them.

Welcome Galoglas, you won’t find many answers as no one has any only theory’s so welcome to the road to hell. The best advise I can give you is do not let it invade and disrupt your life any more than it has and talk openly about what is happening, you could go into depth about your girlfriend and childs experience and with luck others here will have been in your shoes and help towards understanding and finding answers. As for Nick Pope I do not like or trust the man and regard him as a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Welcome GALOGLAS. Just know you are not alone. Your story reminds me of others I know who have gone thru
what your family has gone thru. You might not find all the answers but hopefully you will find validation which is just as important.

Appreciated people - just understanding is a good start, if similarities exist, then a bonus to compare notes and points, and if anyone can point out a decent person to contact regarding the posting that is going up shortly, then that would be appreciative, in advance.

In that case then a BIG welcome. I know how hard it is to talk about it. Some of my closest friends have been troubled with it since childhood.

Hi Galoglas and Passionetpain, welcome to UFO Casebook. Quite a story, I already read through the timeline of events you provided, well organized but a lot of information to process, so I will go back to it, read and reread before I try and give my best comment.

This is what you might class as a 'harrowing' and 'weird' account. Complex too, and the first poster I believe who can think at this complex level (due to a similar background of the harrowing and weird imo) is member Hyundisonata.

smiley

My preliminary thought is that with so much fear and pressure coming your family's way, you ought to stick together, give one another unquestioning support, turn into a unit of love standing strong against all comers.

Thanks for sharing!
