Well, I finally got around to this area, so relunctantly I'll post a bit of myself. First off, I'm a pretty private guy and in my mid 40's, (Lord how I hate that term). I live near the California foothills (Sonora area). I've been involved in one way or another in the entertainment medium most of my life. From Radio to TV, from behind the camera to in front of the camera, from producing to promoting, concert promoter to band management. I've produced and directed eight regional tv programs, (and no, unless your in Washington or Oregon you've not seen any of them).

My last gig was as a Nascar Announcer for the last six years. I've had a love for Gold mining (and yes, I've been up your way in Hangtown) since I was a young boy as my father had several mines (so it's in my blood).

Had my first experience of the paranormal at a very young age as I was able to think of someone and they would suddenly call on the phone or knock on the door. As I got older used my film and television knowledge towards documenting aerial phenomena, and now 20 some years later here I am,,,, still at it. I'm currently working with a group of UFO researchers and shooting a DVD for them documenting their experiences, (release date, the end of '05).

I've been a moderator for several other forums for the past four years but I'm finding that I have too much on my plate and may have to quit moderating one or two of them.

Currently I'm not employed (per se') but I keep myself alive as a currency investor in the Foreign Exchange Markets and a few other investments.

And that's pretty much the "Readers Digest Condensed" version, don't know what more to add, except if anyone needs any tips on shooting or capturing footage, I can probably steer you in the right direction, so just "PM" me (opps "IM").

In "Hangtown" here, my home town, the above two paragraphs go hand in hand. Since over 6,000 were killed in the motherlode over claims, gambling, gold theft, etc., we've got a lot of paranormal.

The Cary House downtown, (which is still only two blocks long) was even a hot spot for the Travel Channels, "America's Most Haunted Places" program.

My neighbor, my daughter and myself have even had incubui/succubi activity in our homes - uck pooh! This town is spooked big time. Maybe you took a ghost home with you while mining........LOL

Very glad to have you amongst us JohnnyAnonymous. I think you fit nicely. Sounds like your life got a bit hectic. I'm sure you had fun though living all those experiences. That's what it's all about. And, yes that 4xmoderator thing can take a toll on one. In my case, I was wrangled and the webmaster has real tight control of the rope. LOL

I was wrangled ya know. It happened when those 27 skeptics (kids) came in all at once and posted those 250 posts and 7 new threads in 90 minutes.

Nobody was around "Moderator wise" and so I e-mailed BJ Booth to tell him that a bunch of kids were thrashing the forum. He sends me an e-mail and said that he had made me a moderator, which gives me delete action on all those posts.

THEN, about two days later after the mess was cleaned up I told him he could take me off the moderator status now. He writes me back and TELLS me that I'm a new moderator. Never asked, just told. How can someone turn down such a nice guy. Either that or he's a great con artist. LOL No, he's a sweetheart. So, here I sit.

A while back he asked me about Creolelady being a moderator. I rushed my response back to him as fast as I could and the first words out of my mouth were, "sure, but ASK her first. LOL - I guess you had to be there.

He's a good wrangler though. A super guy.

Yep,, sound like you got wrangled alright.....

Thanks for the feedback and history on your area. I've witnessed a few sightings in your area as I was walking back to the truck from a full day of panning for the nice gold you have there. Beautiful area, and I've always had a pleasant time when visiting. Didn't get harassed by any spooks, but maybe they don't like tangling up with alien researchers. Hey theres a concept for you,,,, Aliens versus Spooks at the OK corral, the showdown!

And hjdelight and I have already had the priviledge of meeting one another in a friendly exchange of ideas in another thread (tehee).

Will do...
Scheduled completion/release is the end of "05". Of course we're already talking about the possibility of another one to follow this one, as we all seem to be experiencing some very heavy "aerial traffic". Of course this not being isolated events, but rather global (look who I'm telling,,, geez as if you all didn't know that little FYI).

It's great to make your acquaintance also 'Queen of Hearts'.

FYI,, Having a heck of a time getting use to your features here, (IE: Hyperlinks, code, etc). But will keep practicing and hopefully not upset you all too much. Be patient with me,, lol.

Com'on now....you posing on a dirt bike out in the desert? Barb out in the snow in a bunny outfit? QoHs playing poker with with some Grays? And Creolady out in the Bayou wrestling gators! All in revealing swim suits of course. We'll give Sports Illustrated a run for their money! It would make a perfect calendar! grin

Oh, a motorcycle picture, that would be ok. Yeah, instead of my mind in the gutter I can do a face plant in the dirt.

There was nothing asked about the general format of the calender. I actually was thinking of the ladies in various reporting/forum stages type of photographs. I must have a pretty bland brain because perversion was the last of any thought in my calender query.

But yeau I agree with hjdelight, Motorcycles, cars and swings are all good. LOL... QoH playing poker with greys,, LOL, I like that one too!
