On Friday we took a little ride to view the foliage. The spots we went to weren't quite at peak yet, but still pretty in my opinion:

Linda, that reminds me of our camping day at Hot Springs, Arkansas last June except that everything was still green. How pretty. That is what Brown County, Indiana looks like in the fall too. Breathtaking!

I remember Brown County Indiana as well. Beautiful place. I also went to McCormick Creek State Park in Indiana to some training and it was held on the park grounds and we stayed in the lodge there for a week. It was really pretty.
I want to go to Hot Springs when it is at peak, but don't know if our schedules will allow that. This was taken at Eureka Springs, but the road going south out of Eureka Springs had some beautiful foliage, just not places to pull over for photos.
Fall is really my favorite time for photography...it just can't be beat.

This would be the ideal time. A literal feast for the eyes of bright colors, and some days have been a little crisp, but not too cold...perfect weather to pull out the canoe Johnny! smiley
