I'm being monitered.

Okay i'm 13 years old and i have an unusual story.A few years ago(i was 9) a saw a UFO fly by and waved to it.Ever since then "they" have been following me.The main way they use to monitor me is this black disk that follows me.It floats above me watching me whenever i leave my house.People before have noticed it and won't believe it's alien.And sometimes at night i hear strange alien whispering sounds and see shadowy figures running around outside and in my house.They are likely monitoring me right now which scares me.Anyways please help me these things wont leave me alone!And sometimes i wake up barely able to breath.And once i woke up,stood up,and went flying to the wall and couldn't move or do anything and once it stopped (it only seemed like a few seconds)my clock was one hour later.

Please try to calm yourself. For me I have found the best defence is not to fear them, or focus my attention on them.
Another thing is knowledge about them. There is a great deal of information on this website for you to read, to gain a better understanding. You certainly are not alone in this.

Yes,My wife and I watched the movie. It gave us something to talk about for quite awhile. I felt that the ending was very appropriate for the movie and made me wonder what if that's the way it was really going to be on the I believe Dec.21st 2012 theory that is being discussed on the site  . If it doesn't work out the way they think it should,then they'll take some and start all over somewhere else. I had the feeling that they were very superior and had no emotions to what was happening to not just the people but the planet,the trees,the animals,fish,and on and on,they did nothing wrong to any one,so they had to be destroyed as well . Which led me to feel that even though they had no emotions on doing what they were doing that they still seemed extremely arrogant in the way they went about it. Like a lot of scientists may have,did or will do in the future when one of their science projects doesn't go the way they feel it should and need to destroy everything and start all over .I'm sorry if this is going off the topic,but I wanted to give JennaNV a post back on the question that was asked  . As always just my thoughts on the subject and not meant to offend anyone.

So…if you are being monitored by a Reptilian…would he be a..(oh man, sorry…I just can’t stop myself)….a Monitor Lizard?

I'm curious marcling, what shape and size are these black disks? it sounds very unusual, especially the whole deal with waking up flying into the wall. If alien beings were monitoring you, it just seems strange that they would harm you?
did you feel pain whilst this was occurring?

Marcling, believe it or not, the best thing to do is to open your Bible and read the book of John out loud, "In the beginning was the Word..."
These "aliens" cannot stand the the Bible because they know who the author is. I tell you this by experience. I have expelled dark entities from people's houses using the Bible. If you need more information, let me know.

This young person has had contact, missing time and a continued visual with this craft. This can be very disturbing to someone.
marchling, You might want to record your thoughts and experiences in a personal log for yourself. Writing down your dreams and other memories so you can reference them later and better understand your experiences.
Record any body marks/scars/blood or unusual things with a phone-cam or better, including date/time and other data associated.
Keep a camera or video device with you if you can, or learn how to use your phone for such.
Make reports of sightings to NUFORC or MUFON CMS so you can reference other peoples possibly seeing what you did. You can go through the databases to find times and dates or even photo and video of other people who possibly saw what you did and where and when you saw.
These tasks are for your own understanding and you don't have to report them, but it helps researchers correlating for serious investigations and study. There are people who can help if you want contact. Good Luck, stay focused.
About the movie, 'Knowing" is there a more appropriate thread for that? BTW, it was a good composite of the fear/resolution psychological of the general believer. The aliens saving our species is a common belief, and based on many peoples recounting of contact experiences and other writings. Interesting. Well done FX and good conceptual story details. Iconic movie really. Liked it.
