xx U.S. troops attacked by Bigfoot in Vietnam War
« Thread started on: Sep 14th, 2015, 9:36pm »

In the Vietnam War in the 1960's, both U.S. troops and Vietcong were attacked by the "Nguoi Rung" or the people of the forest.

In modern times only foot prints have been found.

Also in modern times Vietnam, makes many items sold in the U.S., and has become a favorite vacation spot for Americans.

Such a crazy turn around, as the years go by.

Purr,

In the 1960's I was working really hard to make it through college.

I never had the luxury of extra time, extra money, free love, having fun, and drugs.

Looking back, I think I selected wisely be getting a college education, being the only one in my family to do so.

Well then, kudos to you Silver for applying yourself to your studies in spite of the odds smiley! (Of course I was not suggesting YOU were a hippie!!)

Seriously, I remember John Lear relating a story about US soldiers encountering hostile ETs flying over Vietnam. Ended bad for the Americans. If accurate.

Depends upon the state. In California hunting bigfoot is illegal. Not specifically mentioned in the regulations. There is a section of the Fish and Game codes that says it is illegal to hunt any species not specifically mentioned as legal. There is no mention of sasquach, bigfoot, or any other cryptid anywhere in the codes. Per legal opinion (no official court ruling) hunting bigfoot is therefore illegal. It is also illegal to attempt to harass or trap unlawful wildlife, which includes 'aggressive photography'. Don't fall into the trap of thinking "I'll pay the fine and be rich and famous." Won't work. You cannot profit from a crime. Any proceeds from a book or interview is forfeited to the state. The criminal penalties for blatant fish and game violations include prison term, ban on hunting/fishing for a period of time up to lifetime, or in at least one case a lifetime ban on entering public lands. Other states usually honor each other's restrictions, so simply accepting the penalty and moving elsewhere will not work.

I doubt they taste like chicken. Might be closer to pork.

Go right ahead Walt, but remember these two things:
1. Do not go alone.
2. Take a 50cal...

Destination Truth ran a show on this creature... there have been footprints found (and cast). The prints are way too big to be made by homeboys... and experts like Dr. Jeff Meldrum are intrigued!
