xx IT'S NOT A DREAM IT'S REAL
« Thread started on: Oct 1st, 2015, 11:32am »

Hello all .

First of all i wish all the best for you .

Now i have a question , day's ago , i lay down in my bed , i wasn't sleeping , just thinking , in a moment , i felt that i am rising up in the air , not more than 5 cm and then i felt down , but at that moment after this , i wasn't able to move my body i wasn't even able to talk for almost one minute , i was hearing a sound , like ringing , like magnetism , in my ear's .

But i saw nothing , only my room , my bed , no light's , nothing , after that it was normal as it was before , but i can't and i will never forget that feeling and that thing !

From that night i'm not able to sleep normal .

Can someone please answer what this could be ?

Thank you .

Hi bioalien, the fact you were awake removes the possibility of it being a dream. Old hag syndrome or sleep paralysis is a possibility.

The fact you didn't see anything is interesting to me because it does sound paranormal. Have you ever seen a spirit/ghost?

Hi Bioalien, well the simplest solution might be if you went to sleep exhausted/extra tired that night: then it's possible to kinda nod off and not even register the fact you have entered the realms of sleep.

Anyhow, the sound, ringing, magnetics imo points to the stage between (true) sleep and being awake. It's the stage where your brain disconnects from directing your muscles (so that when we dream of jumping out of a window, WE DO NOT ACTUALLY JUMP OUT OUR WINDOW grin). Also the ruckus of our (largely automated) body continuing function during sleep may be heard, like a biological factory producing (hopefully long) life. It's very much 'electric' with fields/flow/charge by the way.

To answer your topic title: dreams are real alright, just another version of daytime reality. We have a physical body, subject to Gravity. We have a dreambody which is free from it, and can rise off our beds, no sweat. And between waking and sleeping you're most likely to glimpse other dimensions, encounter ghosts and aliens all manner of assorted weird phenomena (and I suspect those are 'real' too somewhere!).

Awesome stuff, but normal methinks. Good experience to remind us how weird and wonderful life on this planet is.

Still. No worries smiley you can sleep easy: stuff like this probably can occur once or rarely during your lifetime. In order to keep its incidence lowest, you can take extra care to balance work/activity and rest times, since extreme exhaustion often appears to be the cause.

I don't mean to throw in a monkey wrench here but I had a mild
stroke last year and the symptoms were similar to yours during part of the experience.
It doesn't hurt to rule out physical causes.

Bioalien,

Got to weigh in here with Drwu,

I also had a TIA (mild stroke ) back in 2007. There are some strong similarities to what you said and with Drwu's recollections. The whole thing lasted about half an hour and I lost all feeling in my right side, arm , leg. And my face was parelised so I couldn't talk at all. Then it all came back to normal.

Shortly after the incident I suddenly went totally deaf in my right ear. around a week later the hearing came back just as suddenly.
But I am left with a faint 'zizzing' noise that, although not a problem, is there all the time.

Maybe time to get a medical opinion.

By the way, how's your cholesterol count ?

bioalien,

Look man, Quite speculating and go see the doc.

If nothing is found to be unusual medically then is the time to consider what it may be.

Your health comes before your curiosity.

You do not want to suffer a stroke of any severity.

Hey, from you starter post it's clear that it happened to you once a few days ago, and that you are have sleeping difficulties in the days since your experience. So, Bio, it also follows you did not have these particular sleeping problems before the reported event.

If I understood correctly (don't hesitate to put me straight if I misread wink), I stick with my Reply #3.

If hypothetically this was happening to you continually over a longer period, I agree with you it's not normal, and with HAL/INT21 and dr Wu that seeing a doctor seems prudent.

Thanks Bioalien, but you've got to help me out here, with the timeline that is: your report to UFO Casebook posted 1st October placed your first night terror / sleep anomaly at "days ago", indicating the last week of September (..right, Bio? smiley). You then emphasized this experience had been so unnerving/extraordinary that you could nor would forget it. Fading memories might be a problem if a single event is receding into the past, not when (as you now seem to suggest) they have been continuing every two days and are ongoing (before, during and since the beginning of October).

It seems a bit of an understatement to say that while since September 15 (based on your posts) you were buzzing 5 centimeters over your bed every 2/3 days, your were "not able to sleep normal". (I'd be very very afraid and calling a doctor or Vatican Exorcist!)

I cannot understand. Please explain. How is it possible that not having slept properly since the first event (15 Sept.), plus having had 15 nightly levitation/encounter(?) experiences, you can claim you're "not tired or anything". Frankly, I'd expect you to be severely sleep deprived, even exhausted, and basically terrified to even go into your bedroom, to turn in at night...

So, could you further clarify the timeline and as detailed as possible, how your nightly levitation affected you?

Are you tired? Or not tired at all?

Why wouldn't you want to forget the experience(s)? Are they somehow positive / enjoyable?

And going a little deeper: (final question) Have you ever prayed to God, or been involved in witchcraft or magical practices?

Thanks a lot for taking the time!
