I doubt anything else will come. Why would anyone or anything waste the time. This case is solved and my part in it it just here and very little at that. It is amusing to see all the posters who say: IT IS DONE, now I depart for finer pastures and come back to this same thread with the same thing to say. I have already accepted what they say, but keep looking for pure fun and I don't say bye, bye.

Hi Masker, smiley

I assure you I’ve never bade farewell (fond or otherwise kiss) to the Drones or the forums (although I may have been given vacations from a couple but that’s usually out of my hands…..)

When you say you’ve never said ‘bye bye’ does that mean that you are denying that you’re a reincarnation of an earlier participant in the Drone discussions? Or do you simply mean that as you departed of your own accord (?) and never said ‘bye bye’ that you’re not classifying yourself as such?

Seeing as this is an image thread the following has been one of my favourites for a while now..... wink

Too Funny and sooooo wise. That is fun to me and shows what eventually happens to a hoax and those who perpetuate it. I really like both these threads and appreciate one being created for me, even though I don't know why.

No sarcasm intended at all, just plain love of the complete solving of an inane hoax by Hollywood (maybe). I love the graphics. Why should any of you be concerned by me and my opinion concerning this. Is it against the rules to have fun here with the joksters?

Obviously I can’t speak for anyone except myself but I’m not concerned in the slightest!! grin

I do find it conflicting that you say things that directly imply you’re new to the Drones, things like:

Quote:
“In the short time I have delt [sic] with this Drone mess”

“So is this then the end to the,IMO, wonderful Drone Drama. In its heyday it must have been a lot of fun.”
“Being a beginner at all this”

“Since I am a late comer to this thread is the idea that Lev is Hollywood connected being suggested or is this idea just sarcasm?.”

Yet you also say things such as the following which also directly implies prior knowledge of some of the ‘players’ on the forums:

Quote:
“I thought it was generally accepted that Lev was just a hoaxer who did a few good bits and just kept showing up from site to site.”

“Tomi you know............”

“Admiral, I don't believe you will find that Von Stern is involved in any hoaxing. He seems to be more of a hanger on like so many others. He also is volatile and has exploded on numerous occasions about his belief in the validity of the Drones. I don't believe he would have the imagination to contribute to a hoax of this complexity. The one who would is of course Kris.”

Then posts which imply prior knowledge of the Drones and the forums, (*Specifically stated):

Quote:
"As I said before, there is no precedent for the designs”

“Not really. Many listen to what is said on this thread.”

“It is brought up again because no one has matched the quality of the originals not even the abysmal Hollywood attempts”

“I forgot to add Dr. Dil my thought comes from the very beginning of the Drones. You have at least two here that love to sift through the early posts. It is from those early posts that I got the Idea long ago.*I am not a novice to the Drone Saga, just the saga of this thread.”

Re: *Specifically stated” – If you’re new to the thread how did you know about Von Stern?

Then of course there’s the comments that imply ‘secret’ knowledge:

Quote:

“The first Drone on the internet was also the work of a father (engineer) and a son (CG) in my opinion. It took off from there and grew and grew. Hollywood had not one thing to do with it. This is true of most UFO junk. LMH, well......................”

“I believe a father son team of engineer and artist produced the original drones and it took off from there. Copycats followed maybe even Hollywood TV.”

“Those who say it is a hoax maybe right, but those who say it is over are wrong.”

But like I allude to it’s really of entirely no consequence to me personally, so conflicting comments, yes.

But am I bothered by it, certainly not.

And, “Concern” couldn’t be further from the truth even if Isaac himself told you it was so!! kiss

Cheers. laugh

I am not particularly new to the Drone story, just participation in an forum. Also I do not have a fast internet, so I can not write much. Who asked you to be concerned? Relax and have fun with this thing, what else can you do with it.

Its believed the drone propulsion and or designs inspired by him.
