Geostationary object, 1000 miles from Austin and months later. I started to shoot this object and the camera went nuts trying to focus on the object. I switched to manual focus, brought the stars in sharp and continued shooting at 5 frames per second. It was the object that was going in and out of focus! At times the object took on a fuzzy, comet like look. After about 30 photos and two minutes, it faded completely out of sight. I'm now back in Austin, Texas. I now have a 4 inch MAK Russian scope and attachment for the D200. Stay tune for more!!

It sounds like you have some nice equipment to use Belizeman. Thanks for these nice photos and I look forward to seeing what else you come up with.
