Clementine photos of Apollo 15 landing site
« Thread started on: Apr 5th, 2008, 7:00pm » |

There are supposedly 52 photos of the Apollo 15 landing that were taken by the Clementine satellite that prove that we went to the moon. All I could find was this photo with the arrow that supposedly shows the hole left by the Falcon's engine when the LEM lifted off. Does anyone know where these photos are?

Could they be classified? Kreslavsky mentions them in the story yet there's no link that I could find. Maybe they have to CLEAN them up before going public!

If the photos really exist it would blow the conspiracy theorists away.

I agree africa and Raven but don't sell conspiracy theorists short. They'll say the photo's are FAKE if they exist!

the lunar lander is 2 modules... the lower half (with the legs) stays where it landed, and only the upper portion leaves the surface to redock w/ the orbiting capsule. - so we should be able to see a recon satillite photo showing this debris left behind. - it should be more than a burn mark.

Supposed there is a set of 52 photos from the Apollo 15 site that shows debris, tracks, the bottom of the LEM, etc. These photos are mentioned on several web sites but they are unfindable. Perhaps the whole thing is disinformation.

So should the top half that went crashing into the moon after they were done with it. Several of the third stages from the Saturn V were crashed into the moon as seismic tests. The debris from something that massive would easily be visible.
